I was able to schedule an appointment online, quite soon. Staff was friendly, professional, and responsive, the wait was short, the appointment itself didn't take long at all, and there was no pressure to select frames quickly. Overall, really great bunch of people.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. I was not given a fluffy sugar coated explanation of what is wrong with my vision. I misunderstood the cost of the pictures but they didn't sweat it and told me I could take care of the issue on a later date.

Scheduling my appointment was super easy. I arrived for my appointment and I didn't wait very long to be called back. My exam went smoothly. The longest part of my visit was choosing new frames. I waked in and was out of there withing an hour.

Dr. Dadej is the best Optometrist in Nevada, in my opinion. He not only examines eyes & prescribes glasses, he prints & delivers to each patient a complete synopsis of issues regarding their eyesight after each annual exam. I first went to him because my previous Dr. would not explain, even orally, what my visual problems were. Dr Dadej explained very clearly what happened to my eyes during a procedure where a hole in my macula was mistakenly produced, & then sealed by an angry, inept practitioner. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. DADEJ!

I had eye appointment a week or so ago. I was very disappointed. The Dr was nice but this was the shortest eye exam I ever had. The time before(Last year)they were more through with my last eye exam. They wanted to charge me( out of pocket)charge me for contact lens exam?? Never remember that before. They said that they charged me last time because needed contact lenses. Yes I needed contacts but they did not explain it that way. To me I understood because I got a years supply that is why my cost was think 250.00? somewhere in that price range. As far as the eye exam it's self I read maybe 2 lines. This time everything seemed to have a charge even eye drop to dilate my eyes. I only said yes & not the drops because no one drove me & I did not want to drive with blurred vision. Also said free glasses if nothing is done to them. But since I have bifocal(progressive) than cost. Plus I had thin scratch they said they can't remove. So I guess I will keep the scratch. So I'm a senior citizen.. Yes I have that credit card I could use for new glasses checking my eyes with the contacts in my eyes..But I have to go to the dentist & I know that will cost me way more. But it has to be done. I feel like I only got a parcial exam..The eye exams I used to get were my eyes with contact lenses,without contact lenses,with & without glasses & more than 2-3 lines on a chart. Was very disappointed in the service..

I felt rushed during my exam. It was hard for me to give my answers if it was number 1 or number 2 I wished I saw Dr Dadej his more patient and took the time to explain things. At my appointment she mentioned I have cataract. I have no clue what is cataract means. I didn’t want to ask her because like I said she was doing the exam super fast.

I’ve been going to Eye Care Service for many years and my review is as follows. It starts at the reception desk and they are all great. Dr. Dadej is by all means a wonderful optometrist. He’s knowledgeable, professional and personable thus making your time there exceptional. Ryan, his assistant, is very detail oriented and a great asset for the Dr’s practice.

We used to go to Shepherd Eye Center until a friend of our recommended Eye Care Services. Eye Care Services is a very efficient operation. The staff are all welcoming and helpful. They take you on time. You are in and out of there quickly. Dr. D reviews your history and explains any changes. When you check out they ask if you want to order glasses or contacts or anything else they can do for you? I highly recommend them for your eye care. If you have cataracts they will refer you to a physician who can perform the procedure.

Dr. Rhett was great. He asked all the right questions pertaining to my eyes and I must say I was very satisfied with the eye examination. Also the staff was extremely courteous and friendly just like the doctor. I will highly recommend this office to friends and family.

I scheduled my appointment with Dr Rhett Dadej at the east Lake Mead Pkwy location but called back by Dr Angela Khashooy. When I inquired, she told me that Dr Dadej doesn’t work at this location on Thursdays. I’ve been a patient of his for several years but normally see him at the NW locations. I’m not sure why i was allowed to schedule an appointment w/him if he’s not in office. If it was just a mix up, I wish the office would have notified me in advance. The front desk lady wasn’t very pleasant. She was dry & didn’t smile. I handed her my ID & insurance card in her hand but when she returned it, she bypassed my hand waiting to accept it back then placed it on the counter top instead. Dr Khakshooy was great & the young lady that took me back for my initial exam was amazing. She saved my experience but I think I’ll continue traveling to the NW location for my annual exam.

An amazing experience!! Quick and efficient. I was in an out in less than 30 minutes. The options of the frames are plentiful ranging from designer frames to your everyday average joe frames. The staff is polite and caring and makes sure that all the charges are broken down in a manner of your understanding. Thank you guys so much!!

My appointment was at 1:20 , I was actually taken back early. All the staff are very personable and professional. It is a very relaxed atmosphere. There is no pressure to upsell you on things you do not need. I will never go anyplace else.

Once again when I called to schedule appointments and clearly asked what my insurance covers and what I need to pay was way less than what we were charged. The fact that handing a patient a trial pair of contacts costs $60 does not constitute a “fitting.” No one collected pupil measurements for my child’s glasses either. Be honest, be up front and be for patients not profit.

Dr. D is professional and on time for his appointments. Be prepared though. The oaks g is very limited and extended parking is down the street at a bank. The walk is short but in the Vegas summer heat, it seems like an eternity. If you have trouble walking, you need to have someone with you to drop you off at the door.

Visiting Eye Care Services was (surprisingly) a wonderful customer experience. After making an appointment, everything felt like a well-oiled machine. From the initial eye test to the exam by the optometrist, my visit was quick and easy. I learned about the different options available for driving at night (my main issue), and was able to take my time picking out frames and lenses. Very friendly and helpful staff, too! I've worn glasses most my life. Have seen many eye docs due to that fact. Most of the doctors I've have visited always seemed distant and short in their procedures. Get the patient done as fast as possible type. I've searched far and wide for a eye doctor that truly cared about their patient and takes that extra time to really know what's going on with them. I've only found 2 in my 32 years of wearing glasses. Eyecare Center is that 2nd eye care establishment. The staff is very friendly and nonjudgemental. They take that extra minute to help and the doctors listen as well as explain to you what's going on with your eyes. They give their patients the best care they can possibly give. I have been seeing them for 4 years now and will not consider another eye care facility unless it my old eye doctor. Lol No seriously as long as I'm living close to henderson there is no other eye care doctor I will consider taking my family to.

I was a little sketched out at first by the location and exterior of the building, but once inside I was a lot more comfortable. Dr. Dadej was kind, friendly, and listened to my concerns. He was quick and thorough. The glasses sales person was also great - gave me time and space to try on as many frames as I wanted and was available when I was ready. Happy to have found this office!

Definitely recommend going here if your looking for fast friendly and a skilled practiced to exam your eyes. Oh and glasses are affordable with a wide variety to chose from. They will even fill your prescription from another doctors facility. They take a wide variety of insurance as well.

When I drove up to the building, I almost turned around and left. It really lacks "curb appeal." Once inside, I was treated very well and enjoyed the "museum", however, it needs some care (dusting, cleaning the glasses, etc.) I know if you see it every day, you don't see what your patients see. Hope this is not seen as too negative. Everyone I met inside was wonderful.

He assisted me in changing my new prescription from progressive to distance lenses and answered all my questions about cataracts in detail. I appreciated his assistance in my follow-up visit and for adjusting my lenses. The wait time was short and the place was well organized.

We visited the Eyecare Center for the first time, after finding the listing in downtown Henderson. My husband and I prefer to support local business and were impressed with the friendly and professional attitude of all the staff. The Optometrist himself was a gem - a kind person who thoroughly explained everything to us in a way we understood. The selection of frames was also excellent and the assistant was great in helping us choose the right frames for us. All in all - win/win!

This was a great visit, with Dr. Hendricks. He was very patient with all of my questions and remarks. It was so good to talk with him. He moved right along with each test, and I never felt hurried.
