Dr Wellman does an excellent job of explaining things clearly, and patiently answering questions. Very friendly, professional care by exam personnel. Front desk friendly and helpful. Glasses ($700+) provided as a result of the previous appointment were wholly unsatisfactory and unusable, yet the best offer of help was to re-use the frames and give a $25 credit toward new lenses, so, hundreds of dollars lost to useless glasses.

As a new patient with an eye issue, they were able to fit me in the day I called. My issue required several visits within a weeks time, Drs. Morgan and Wellman were very professional and explained the whole process of treatment. The whole staff as very professional as well!

I have referred a friend to your practice. They were happy with their experience. The only downfall was that you are not open conveniently for the working folks - Saturday or evening hours would be great. Even one or two evenings a week would be helpful. Also, the technicians the patient sees before we see the Doctor should introduce themselves, and why we are seeing them before the Doctor. Most patients are only there once every year or two years, and don't know what the procedures are. I had no idea what capacity the "technician" was. It would just set the patient more at ease when they call you in from the waiting room, to explain who they are , their name, and what their part is in your exam appointment. All part of good customer service.

My 14yr old son was ready to ditch the glasses and get contacts. The team worked with my son patiently getting him fitted for his contacts and spent some quality one on one time with him teaching him how to place the contacts in his eye and take them out. Mom had an appointment as well for my yearly eye exam.

Excellent eye exam. First tech needed to call Rob to complete exam. I was referred to Barnet Dulaney Perkins (?) for a consultation for laser to remove film on lens. Should have been warned that eye dilation would occur. I was blinded by the sunlight when I left the office. Felt I should have had someone to drive me home. I put on 2 pair of sunglasses and was still uncomfortable driving myself home.

The only issue I had was the young lady who did a few tests & questions before she escorted me to the office where Dr. Tanner would come in was that she was apparently not in a good mood as she was blunt and no upbeat personality. First time I had her. I wish now that I had gotten her name.

I have been impressed with Eye Tech from my first visit, several years ago. Everyone is very friendly and down to earth, at the same time displaying the utmost business manner. I receive prompt and very kind attention every time I come for my appointment. The technician (Rob or Diane) is patient with my having to remove my contact lens and insert the new one to try, that has to be analyzed. Dr. Morgan is very thorough and explains what he is doing and why. I am not an easy case, am a challenge with keratoconus. But Dr. persists to get it right - thank God!!

Dr. Morgan has been my eye doctor for over twenty years and I have been very pleased in every aspect of his practice. My appointment this week created confusion with newer procedures. I had never been asked during the preliminary screening, until this visit, if I would be buying new contact lenses. Dr. Morgan's evaluation and suggestion, after assessment, has always been accepted and followed. The possible change in lenses was determined AFTER exam not before. How can a patient know needs until a doctor visit which, to me, is the purpose of the appointment. Help me understand this new procedure and how it benefits the patient.

The Techs are courteous and timely with the tests and the wait for the Doctor was very timely, the Doctor came in within 5-10 mins of completing testing.

I have been seeing Dr. Morgan for years. I ask MANY questions and he always answers them in detail explaining where my vision is at and where it could possibly go. Dr. Morgan has a comforting manner that is very reassuring to the patient. I have nothing but god things to say about him. ROB "the front man" : Rob does hte set-up work and does it VERY well. He knows his job and answers all questions as well as explaining all as he giving exams. The "cashier" was very pleasant and efficient. The "lady" at the counter was very efficient and friendly and opened the door for me in and out. She checked me in with no problems.I did not see any of the support team since I didn't need new glasses

I had a new technician this visit and the glaucoma test was uncomfortable and poked my eyes. please review process with him. I've had that test many times never felt like that machine poked my eye before.

I've been a patient at Eye Tech for over 10 years, I have type 2 Diabetes, and the Doctors have always sent a copy of the eye-scans, (pictures of optic nerve, signs of bleeds), that result from advanced stages of Diabetes, My Endocrinologist comments on how glad he is about staying apprised of what Eye Tech doctors findings and recommendations to better manage my Diabetes, The eye Tech staff has always been friendly and explain some of the different machines, scanners, in what they are being used for, and how this can help the doctor with better information in treating the person not just an eye exam.

It took me years to find the "right" eye doctors. This is my 4th year with Eye Tech and I couldn't be happier. Service & professionalism is consistently top notch and staff is very friendly. This year they identified a problem during my annual exam and really scrambled to get me into surgery right away.

Dr, Morgan did a spectacular job with my eye exam. For months and months, my balance has been terrible. I've been blaming it on my brain shunt to regulate the flow of spinal fluid. I felt very comfortable in the office. A few upsell points that most insurances don't cover, but it is good to know what they offer. The lady I worked with did a great job helping get my prescription right. And for me, never having contacts before was a bit scary. But she talked me through taking out a lense and putting it back in. Very satisfying to be able to see again.

Synopsis of my recent annual eye check visit — Patricia E.

Truly it was a relief that my annual eye checkup went well as I have had kerataconus for many years which makes reading the letters difficult. I am thankful that my gas-permeable, bi-focal contact lens that I wear in my right eye, allows me to read and drive. Only concern was the over 20 min. wait when tech guy was done until Dr. came in. I did not complain - why should I. Likely was a good reason for it. Only thing...my husband was out in the car with the dog.... waiting for me......I was in the eye place for a bit over an hour. But not too bad, I guess. More important that the examination was thorough and well done.

Asked questions of DR Tanner about bifocal or trifocals prescription for sunglasses. Trifocals better because you need to read display on your cell phone. He answer questions about the color of tints for sunglasses.

I'm a new patient to Eye Tech Eyes. First impression is it's a beautiful spacious office with very friendly staff. I was taken back to the exam room right on time, my tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. She did all the preliminary work and when she was finished I was seen immediately by the technical director and finally Dr Morgan. I was informed of some new advances in glasses and asked if I had any questions. Dr Morgan then walked me out to the optical area, introduced me to the optician who informed me of my insurance coverage and showed me options. I was in and out in under 1 hour and it was a thoroughly pleasant experience. I highly recommend Eye Tech Eyes!

This was my first visit since my previous provider retired. This office did not get my previous records in time to have them input into their system so it took longer than normal to get through my history and meet my needs but that is by no means any fault of this office. Everyone that I came in contact with on my first visit was friendly and very accommodating.

The staff and physicians at Eye Tech are professional; I have been a patient for over 8 years and presently have appointments scheduled every 6 months due to dry macular degeneration and with their updated equipment, they have been able to totally review any changes. I also have purchased prescription glasses for reading and since I have a stigmatism; finally, I have been able to read small print with ease.

My eyes have been itching a lot. I use plenty of Refresh Tears. Dr. Morgan suggested I use a baseball cap in the house. The air from fans and coolers dry out my eyes and leave them irritated. I wear my cap now and I have NO problem.

I have been trusting EyeTech wth my eye health since I moved to Arizona in 2005, and have not been disappointed yet. My condition makes it extremely difficult if not actually impossible for "retail" locations to meet my needs, whether in diagnostic abilities or in the production and fitting of suitable eyeglasses. Dr. Morgan and his medical staff always make me feel welcome, and always make me feel like I am getting the best care possible from an optometrist. When I asked about the possibility of surgery, Dr. Morgan happily referred me to an appropriately-qualified ophthalmologist, and took no offense at the possible loss of business this might represent to him if I opted for the surgery, and if it were successful.

Always recommend the best product for your personal needs. They allow you to try contact lenses for a good period of time before ordering. Staff is nice and welcoming. To them you aren't just a number. Many on staff have been with the clinic for as long as I've been a patient--over 15 years.
