I feel I was not listened to. My eye tooth is hurting me still today. As bad as an abcess. I need sleeping pills and pain meds to sleep. I have a very bad headache also. The roof of my mouth is swollen and in pain. I feel the tip of tooth needs to be filled to stop the pain.

We’ve been going to this dentist offices for many many years. We love the staff and atmosphere; very professional and welcoming. The only complaint I have is that over the past year or two, it is pretty much impossible to get an appointment within a reasonable amount of time. I called to make an appointment and was not able to get my teeth cleaned until about eight months later. I think they’ve taken on too many patients or something because until now, that has never been an issue. That is the only reason that I’m not giving them a ten and why I would not refer my friends or family.

Love this Dentist and his team! Lea Ann Cy and Tina are great. I do repeatedly recommend him to others. He has been there for me when I have had emergencies and quickly. During the COVID crisis he removed a crushed tooth. I had reports from other people that they could not even get into see their dentist. The fact that I can truly trust the work that Dr.Erwin does is a blessing. My thanks to them all!

It was my first experience with her, and I have to say, she has a very gentle technique when cleaning the most difficult plaque and tartar off my teeth! Erwin very much...when I had that problem with my lip the other day, I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART that you made time to see me THAT SAME DAY...and I didn't even have an appt...that was soooo kind of all of you to do...I still haven't heard from my Dermatologist and what she thinks is on my bottom lip...I'll try to remember to tell you what Dr. Tavakkol tells me=Zarry is her first name...Everett Clinic in Everett, WA...Sincerely, Laurel Lundgren Parratt...and you know that I grew up in West Glacier, MT which is the village at the WEST ENTRANCE TO GLACIER NATIONAL PARK...you'll have to go there for sure...but peeps need a "reservation" now...bummer for sure.

I just love Dr Erwin and his staff!!! Nobody wants to come in for service in my industry, but the people make all the difference in the world. we have been coming to this office for years and the staff always makes in pleasurable. Wayne he is the best we always talk about things other than why I am there (I am not a big doctor dentist type guy) That is what makes me come back. Doctor Erwin and his staff are very good at what they do, and very friendly. I've had them as my family dental provider since sometime in the early 2000's and wouldn't go anywhere else. I recently had an old filling from my Navy days that gave out and cracked half of one of my molars off on a Saturday, I left a message on their phone and they scheduled me for their earliest availability on Monday. Monday I walked out with a temporary crown and a follow up for fitting the permanent one.

Patient care here was good enough. I was taken back quickly on my first visit and greeted by Wayne the Hygienist who was super nice. The system they use for X-rays was very outdated and painful, the plastic was old and brittle. They printed the X-rays out and had them against a white light, there was no ability besides the naked eye to see the different cavities. I was told I had a few cavities and needed a $500 night guard. The left bottom right was the first ones to be done and the pain lasted for weeks until I got the right bottom teeth looked at. They adjusted the bite after I mentioned the pain, which was treated like nothing. I then noticed that the work being done by the MD who had he’s regular glasses, I don’t know the name of the particular glasses but I know they’re the ones with the light and the magnifying lenses. I felt like I wasn’t being taken care of properly but wanted to give them the benefit of doubt so I got a second opinion. The second dentist showed me that I would need a crown where the filling was done on the bottom left. And that I had multiple holes in my teeth, discoloration and caverns. I was immensely upset, I had trusted Doctor Erwin and his team. I have since gone back and asked if there was anything new they could see because my mouth was still in pain, the response was that it was just the bite and they ground parts of my upper left teeth… Needless to say, I will never be returning.

I want to start by saying I absolutely think Dr. Erwin is a great dentist. I’ve been to him 3 times now and have been treated good each time by his regular staff. That being said, on my last visit he had a temp dental assistant working there that I didn’t care for at all. She was very rough and clumsy. She hurt me several times attempting to put on the dental dam and continued hurting me even though I was flinching and saying “ow”. She messed with this thing SO many times because she wasn’t putting it on correctly and it would pop off. Not only that but she put it on covering my nose. I kept having to reach up and uncover my nose just so I could breathe. She finally got the hint I couldn’t breathe and cut the dam away from my nose. She did x-rays without the protective vest even after I called her out on it. She only then used the vest after a coworker handed it to her. She messed up my x-rays and had to do them over. I was glad when the regular assistant came into the room to finish working on me with the doctor. Things went much smoother and quicker. Dump the temp Doc! She gave off a bad vibe from the minute she called me back.

Every visit these past couple of decades has always been professional, personable and positive and that is an honest,sincere assessment. Doctor Erwin is just the Best. The staff working whenever I am in the chair are excellent; especially Leeanne whom I always request and whom I most often have doing procedures. It may sound corny and Mayberryish but there genuinely is a homey, family atmosphere from the time you are greeted at the front desk and then through the rest of the visit. My family has been seeing Dr Jeff over 30 years. It will be difficult to make a change when the time comes. We spend time in Arizona and moved to Camano Island and still go to Dr Jeff. This year we had teeth cleaning in Arizona and my husband was sent home with a list of issues, of course we felt the need to have Dr Jeff review and confirm what needed to be done. He is professional, his staff is professional and we feel so comfortable with all of them. They are also very personable.

When I came to Dentist Jeffrey Erwin’s dental office I had not been to the dentist in several years. Partly due to lack of insurance, but mostly because I have a general fear of going to the dentist. Everyone in the office was very kind and caring. They made me feel welcomed and like I was at home. I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise also. This is an amazing dental office.

I have been going to this dental clinic for about 20 years. Everyone is extremely competent in their respective jobs. The office staff is friendly and competent; my dental hygienst is wonderful--very thorough in cleaning my teeth as well as informative about how to care for my teeth and gums. And regardless of whatever procedure is being done, I am always comfortable--even when Dr. Erwin had to fill a tooth that I had cracked.

First off, the staff is great - both Wayne that did my teeth cleaning and Dr. Erwin. Two of the nicest people in the dentist field I have come across. But the first person I see, along with everyone else is the receptionist. Not wearing a mask. Yes, she is PARTLY sheltered by a plexiglass shield. But in my five minutes in the waiting room, two other staff came VERY close to her to get some paperwork and talk. I asked Wayne about this, and he said mask rules don't apply to her position. Yet when I was leaving she had a mask on for about 2 minutes.

Dr. Erwin is such a true joy for my wife and I for over 20 years now. His expertise and professionalism are exceptional. Always courteous and possesses great integrity. A recent example this past year was after hI had eaten several of those thick, chewy orange jellies a crown popped off! All I had to do was call for an appointment and I got in right away. Dr. Erwin did everything to prepare then reinstall without charge. I was so impressed and grateful by that. Old School Integrity which was once commonplace not so much today sadly! The atmosphere throughout is so positive and patient-friendly and it starts from the top on down. My recent visit was a deep teeth cleaning and check with Leeanne who is always a joy to look forward to seeing.

I've been going to Dr Erwin's office for nearly 30 years and he and his team have seen almost all of my 7 children through their early years up to adulthood (and one who still lives in the area has chosen to use Dr Erwin's team also). I came to Dr Erwin with many oral health challenges and I have had absolutely the best care while under their care. The hygenists are top of their field and even the office staff are friendly and very competent. I would recommend them to anyone!

Always great service. Called with a broken tooth and they got me in the next day. Now have a temporary crown and will go back in a few weeks for the permanent. I have been going to Dr Erwin since the 70’s and never had a bad experience.

This was during the COVID shut down so I was very afraid that I would not be able to be seen. I had a cracked a tooth and was in a lot of pain. They got me in very quickly and took care of me completely and saved my tooth. This dentist and his team are wonderful people, very caring and attentive. I had my teeth cleaned, and wow--my hygienist always does an excellent job! Very thorough. and my teeth look wonderful when I leave. I have tried many hygienists in my life, in several different dentist offices, but she is absolutely the best. And Dr. Erwin is very competent, nice and does excellent work. After more than 20 years of going there.........and many more years trying several other dentists, I will never switch as long as they are there.

I'm not a Dentist person, but I would guess the majority of people are not.....But what takes the edge off is how engaged and Friendly the staff is (Including the Front desk and Dr. Erwin) It's like going to go visit your Friends, but in an office setting. We laugh and joke around and talk about current topics. Dr. Erwin is very Friendly and is always concerned about how you are feeling during and after any procedure. Dr. Erwin was recommended to me from a Friend I work with a few years back, and I am very Grateful that I made the right decision.
