We love Dr. Lundstrom and his team! Worth the hour plus drive to continue seeing him after moving out of the area almost 12 years ago. Jim and team are excellent with kids. Our kids look forward and love going to the dentist. Even their cavity filling experiences haven't tainted their view of the dentist. Always feel that they are giving us the best care possible, take the time to answer questions and to explain things to us and the kids.

My only complaint is that I have been going to your office for my teeth since I first started going to the dentist as a kid when it was in the Gate City Bank building. There is a reason for that, but with your office changing your policy on not taking the new insurance BCBS is partnering with may change that. I really love coming to your office but if it mean I now have to pay for my preventative appointments I may be looking to move to another family members dentist office. I hope you really consider accepting them as in-network.

Over the years I have recommended Lundstrom to many friends and associates. Since this was a re-scheduled appointment, I saw Ashley instead of Lindsey. Ashley was already familiar with me as well as my family and was able to inquire about their well being. Very friendly and well informed staff, and I love grabbing a cup of coffee on the way out the door.

Always a good experience. My hygienist, Lindsey, is very good and so pleasant. At my last visit I received a beautiful bouquet of flowers for being the patient of the week. That just made my day! And also, as my two grandkids were coming to visit, Lindsey gave me a kid's toothbrush for each of them and sparkle toothpaste. They just loved it! So thank you Lindsey and Dr. Jim for treating your patients like family and making them feel special.

Lundstrom Family is the best dentistry I've ever used, never mind that I've only used 3 in my life. The team is kind, friendly and invested in their patients. Never has an appointment I've scheduled (or rescheduled) caused me headache, confusion, or discomfort about the state of my teeth or my dental care. If that doesn't sway you: they serve cookies in the lobby, what dentists do you know of that are confident enough to serve cookies...

A friend whose father was a dentist, suggested I see Dr. Lundstrom when I started looking for a new dentist. I am not a fan of dentists (thank you dentists in the 50's) and had a lot of anxiety at the thought of a dental appointment. I also highly sensitive to pain. The location is not far from the interstate, and it's not in a super busy part of town. There is ample parking. My first impression upon entering the clinic, was very welcoming. It didn't seem like a clinic setting at all. Fireplace, coffee, tea, bottled water, cookies, and a separate child-friendly area, puts you at ease to start with. A friendly receptionist greeted me right away. My initial consultation was in a large bright room with lots of up to date equipment. Dr. Lundstrom and an assistant explained everything to me. I don't remember everything on that first visit, but thru subsequent visits, I had xrays and could see the results on a large flat screen on the wall. He fully understood the pain issue, and for all the visits that required crowns or fillings I was put totally at ease. Crowns are made and put in place in the same visit! He always seems to have the newest gadgets (the latest one is to detect cancer of the mouth sooner than later). I no longer have the anxiety upon entering the office. He has excellent technique and is very caring. He also has excellent referrals for implants and root canals. My hygienist is the best. I love getting my teeth cleaned! Billing is a breeze. I have no problems referring anyone to Lundstrom Family Dentistry.

Dr. Lundstrom is a highly skilled dentist who takes time and really listens to you. His work is excellent and having his own lab makes things more precise and quicker. His assistant is also very kind and thorough.I would strongly recommend him. My only wish is that he lived closer. I live over 2 1/2 hours away but it is worth the drive to have him as my dentist.

This is just my personal opinion, but I believe Lundstrom's Dentistry is the go-to place for your dentistry needs. The staff are always very friendly and very professional, I never have to worry about getting stiffed about quality when I go there. Dr. Lundstrom himself is a very nice person and very good at his job; he also makes sure he does his job in the gentlest manner possible. So in conclusion, if you are looking for a quality dental office, Lundstrom's Dentistry is a good way to go.

I think the lack of times and availability is a bit concerning. For instance, my appointment had to be rescheduled and I had only one option available or had to wait a month or so to get seen. With my type of work, it's hard to leave in the middle of the day. Would have like to see more proactive work on the reschedule.

I had two crowns. I was thrilled to have my teeth prepped and have the crowns placed within the same appointment. The wait went quickly due to being able to stay in the original room, read and listen to music on headphones. Everyone wanted to make sure my experience was as pleasant as possible.

Growing up my parents always took me too east Grand Forks to Dr James McDonald's office for dental work. We lived 60 miles from there....And when I officially moved to Fargo I had to find a primary Dentist....I thought it was going to be a challenege to find one with the same type of treatment and quality of work as I was use to...however...lundstrom was the first and only on my list that I needed to check out...felt like a great fit from the start...gives you a "cozy" feel from the moment you walk in...staff is very personable and informative. I would not hesitate one bit to reccomend services to anyone. Kudos!

Thank you for making my visit to the “dreaded” dentist so great. I have a terrible gag reflex so going to the dentist isn’t something I like to do. In fact I left it a full three years. Jani did everything she could to help me relax so she could get x-rays. She even did sprints to hit the button so that I wouldn’t have to keep biting down for so long. She made the visit fun. Thank you for this ☺ Dr. Lundstrom took the time to explain everything in detail to me and provided options on everything. We then discussed said options and picked the ones best suited to me. It is great to be known as soon as I walk in the door, the front desk receptionist quickly checked me in as soon as she saw me. Although a warmer welcome would have been nice, the front desk receptionist doesn't have the same 'warmth' as everyone else. When asked about my financing options she answered quickly and said "50%", sure she gave me an answer and was right on the money. I do expect a level of customer service where the comment could have been phrased into a sentence vs so blunt.

Prior to our moving here in the spring of 2009 we lived near LaCrosse, WI where we had our dental work done. Most all of our dental needs seemed to be quite well covered by insurance. Here our same Delta Dental coverage appears to cover perhaps a little over half. I am curious as to why it is more here.

I usually have Lindsey, who is just awesome, do my cleaning but since she was out on maternity leave I had Ashley. What a great hire! She did a great job and I am very pleased with my appointment. I also enjoy the new "paint on" fluoride. Always impressed and satisfied with my visits. Thanks to all for everything!

Everyone is so incredibly helpful and friendly at Lundstroms. My daughter is 7 and LOVES going to the dentist - the staff has made her feel comfortable and welcome since she was very young. Great environment and staff for kids!

the cleaning was a lot more painful that it normally is with Lyndsy....I have very sensitive teeth which should be on my chart and was burned or hurt during the polishing - very painful

Erin is great! I always enjoy my experience - Erin is a great hygenist. However, this time I had to wait for about 15-20 minutes for the dentist to review everything. Not a big deal to me, but I was hoping to make a business call after the appointment before 5pm. I got out of the appointment around 5:15pm, so I had to wait until 6:30pm to make the call.

This the second time the sonic tool was used on my teen. I understand it does a fantastic efficient job. If I do it next time I might need a sedative. Erin did offer to do it the "old fashioned" way but I wanted to give the sonic tool another chance. It took a while for my nerves to calm down... I wonder what would happen if I wore ear plugs?

We always have a great experience with Dr. Lundstrom and his team. They greet us by name, with a smile, and make us feel at ease. They explain things in a way that's easy to understand and are reasonable in their expectations.

I met and got to know Ashley, she was fantastic, especially when my husband brought in our 2 year old son to see what the dentist is like. I like the metal tools for cleaning, as they get my teeth cleaner than the water pick. Everything was great.

The 'tour' on my first visit was awkward. Perhaps offering it, not forcing it, would be a better option. Also, if I was in the middle of getting my teeth cleaned, I wouldn't want people 'touring' me.

They are always updating their technology and techniques. The staff knew me well, and greeted me by name.I really liked the "water pick" technique they used to clean my teeth this time. The seating area is very welcoming and comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
