Dr Cummings and staff is amazing! Everyone there is friendly and courteous. I lost a cap and to my surprise was taken in right away and had it replaced without even having to reschedule. Customer service is pretty dead everywhere but not Cummings Family Dentistry. I have recommended and will continue to do so. Thanks to you and your staff for being the people you are.

In my 60’s is when I first started with Dr. Cummings. I felt as if this was my first time being treated by a dentist. Don’t let the outside keep you from being treated with the most modern technology. Two other things I love about her dentistry. I would go to the dentist at those franchise places and never see the same dentist. I don’t have that problem here. Last thing. Don't be late. If your appointment is at 11:00. By 11:10 you are in the chair. Oh, one more thing. The staff is a reflection of the visionary, Dr. Cummings.

Friendly, organized and helpful office staff, contacted my insurance and sent me a out-of-pocket estimate and a link to an easy to complete intake form. Arriving at the office, greeted by more friendly staff and waited just a couple of minutes for my checkup and cleaning to begin. I first met with a very nice technician who took X-rays with care, reviewed my intake responses, and discussed my concerns. Then I received an excellent cleaning from Laurie, who also followed up on some of my dental history. My cleaning felt very thorough as she was working and when I looked afterward, was very pleased. I also had some questions and Laurie gave me some helpful advice. I then met Dr Cummings, who was very very nice and welcoming. We talked about some of my dental history and concerns and she gave me a thorough exam, listened to me and gave more helpful advice. I am very pleased to have met Dr Cummings and her caring team, they have a pleasant office environment.

Always on time and professional. All the modern technology is available, but that doesn't substitute for the bedside manner of the greatest dentist in the world. Dr. Cummings is so nice and caring that you just want to stop by and say hello. Her staff is very nice and caring. what I really appreciate about the practice is that they are on time.

Dr. cummings is very caring and personable. Going to the dentist is certainly not an event that most people look forward to. We go because we have too. However Dr. Cummings makes it as comfortable as possible for her patients. She is also very knowledgeable and walks you through your options when work has to be done. Her office hours are more that flexible making herself available to those who work late. When in an emergent situation you can leave a message and someone will return your phone call. This team is truly an amazing team to work with and my family and I are happy to patronage this business.

I’ve never encountered a problem with any service until my last visit in which I was completely frustrated. My appointment was for my mid- year check up as I was just there in December. I had a new dentist who said I’m going to do a deep cleaning in the gums, as well as wanting to do a laser something. I declined the laser as the cost was expensive for me at the time. I was then told she would do a deep cleaning on one side. I specifically asked if we’re covered by my insurance. She checked my type of insurance and said yes. She said it will only take a few minutes and I said ok. She completed and I was escorted out to the front desk where I’m now told I owed $150 thereabouts for a deep cleaning. I was flabbergasted. I said I was told the procedure was considered preventative and covered by my insurance??? I would not have agreed to it as I was just there in March to get a crown. I feel that there was miscommunication and I was completely annoyed. I don’t like having my choices taken away by false statements. I requested to speak to my regular doctor (Dr. Cummings) however she was unavailable at the time and I had to leave. Very frustrating experience.

My insurance recently changed and I had terrible dentists. My friend suggest Dr. Cummings who takes my new insurance. I drive 45 minutes to an hour for every visit.Dr. Cummings and staff are worth the drive. Making an appointment is easy and from the minute I walk in I am made to feel like they truly care. I don't usually make recommendations about doctors but in this case I wopuld recommend Dr. Cummings and staff to anyone.

Great office, the office is very clean, the staff is kind and very friendly, and the hygienists do a great job. Sandy has been my hygienist for years and is always professional, engaging,caring, and provides service virtually pain free. Dr Cummings is great, knowledgable and kind. I love it here and had a slight dental phobia that these wonderful professionals have rid me of .

I walked in without an appointment with a cracked tooth. Dr. Phang was there and was EXTREMELY accommodating. She is not my regular dentist in that office but was able to immediately bring up my records in their system. I needed a root canal and she was able to start the procedure that day. Her technique and bedside manner were amazing. I would highly recommend this practice!
