Everyone was very courteous and attentive. All the tests were done professionally and explained to me. Dr. Park was great taking me through the findings and explaining what was happening with my vision and what she would monitor with future visits. Also was open to all my questions and very pleasant the entire time. Will always recommend her and the office.

You are alwasy treated professionaly and with care and compassion. From the time you enter, even under COVID guidelines until the time you leave, someone is always making sure your needs have been met. This was my first time with Dr. Park, what a wonderful person. It is sad that I only get to go once a year for a check up, but I am grateful they have made sure my eye concerns are met. Mesquite Eye Associates is number 1 in my book.

Good and thorough exam, friendly staff. The only negative is they would not order new lenses for the frames I purchased from them last year. They requested that I go two weeks without my glasses. I have used the prescription at another store.

Could not be more pleased with the service I received on Monday. The staff was very helpful and polite. The doctor was patient and listened to my concerns. She was able to fit me into a pair of contacts that are working very well for me. I would highly recommend this facility.

I have been a patient for many years but my last experience was horrible. I had major back surgery in Nov. 2019. Soon after I came home I developed an eye infection. I would wake up with my eyes stuck together with a greenish thick mucous and my eyes burned and itched. I got to where I couldn't read or watch TV. I have had these infections many times in the past. I called to make an appointment and was told because I was on Home Health Care they couldn't see me. I asked if they would have Dr. Kutch call me so perhaps he could look at my chart and call in a prescription for m,e. They said no, he wouldn't call me in a prescription without seeing me. She suggested perhaps I should get someone to come out and see me. I don't know of an Optometrist that makes house call. IJ asked my Home Health Care Co. about this and they said that was not true. If I was on HOSPICE they could not see me but I was only seeing a Physical Therapist see me. I also saw my Pulmonary Doctor during this time and they had no problem seeing me. I was not allowed to see a doctor until the middle of March and I'm still have symptoms from this problem. This was totally unacceptable.

Dr. Park is attentive and personable! The staff took efficient and friendly care of me. I arrived early and was able to be seen before my appointment time. This is unheard of in a doctor's office setting; at other offices I've waited for long periods. I was in and out with everything I needed, without feeling rushed. They have my business for life.

Dr Park has been a favorite in our house for about 8 years, now our youngest is going into kindergarten. For her first eye exam Dr. Park treated her with kindness and gentleness. Examining 4 years can't be easy, but her kind demeanor made the experience a success.

I rarely make recommendations to my friends or relations unless asked. But I would recommend this office and doctors if asked. I have been using this facility for many years, as had my son and other relatives. I have complete confidence and satisfaction that I have received the best in service and advice from the doctors here.

About the machine that photographs the retina, and the one I had to have a second chance at: I think what I see and what the camera sees needs to be re-calibrated. I was looking at the target, but the tech moved my head so I was off the target in order to get a good picture. Hope this helps.

I have been a patient for 20 years or more. After 3 calls asking to speak to Tina a new employee by the name of Peyton insisted on helping me. I needed to know what insurance would pay and my part would be when I came for my appointment. She quoted me $35.13. When I arrived Tina informed me that my part would be $120.13. After explanation of my conversations with Peyton there was basically only one option given to me pay or reschedule even from Dr. Kutch himself. I did not receive any of my contacts that day I have to return when they come in. Nothing was offered to me to pay when I returned, no option was given at all. As a business owner myself I would never treat a customer of 20 years the way I was treated. It totally took away all my confidence in the entire staff of the office. Dr. Kutch is an excellent Dr and I have always been very pleased with his care. I believe that money has become more important than the patient at this office.

Dr. Kutch and the staff at Mesquite Eye Associates are BY FAR the best eye care people I have ever seen (no pun intended). If you can find a better eye doctor and a more helpful staff within 100 miles of Mesquite Eye Associates, I strongly urge you to go to that doctor's office and to tell the rest of the DFW Metroplex about them (me included). I don't think you will ever find such a doctor and staff, however. I might be wrong, but I don't think there is a better eye doctor nor a better office staff in all of North Texas. Sorry, but this is the honest truth!

I have always had problems with my eyes. I met Dr. Kutch when I was in the 6th grade. I have been going to his office for more than 20 years. He is an excellent Dr. who will take his time with you. He is very patient man. There are times that I have to pay attention to detail in my exams. He gives me the time I need to make sure I am comfortable with the adjustment on the machines. Very respectful and concerned with me personally and my understanding of the diagnosis and advice. I felt like my needs were heard and attended to where my original goals for setting the appointment were concerned. While no one is excited about needing glasses, they justified my needs with factual explanations of the initial tests, which ultimately put me at ease about the glasses.

My only suggestion ifor the office is to put more light at the mirrors for putting in and removing contacts!! Regarding appointments cancelled by your office it would be nice to be put on a waiting list for any cancelled appointmen's rather than having to wait a month for another appointment.

My mom brought me to this Dr office as it is who she see's as a eye Dr, I had went to 2 different eye Dr's last year trying to get contacts (I was 15 at the time) I was terrified at touching my eye. I had severe anxiety and the other 2 Drs just made it worse. Dr. Park put me at ease and her staff did an outstanding job being patient with me and teaching me instead of expecting me to teach myself. I was a great experience. I am proudly wearing contacts and I haven't stopped smiling.

Every one at this practice shows an exceedingly large amount of patience with this patient. I'm an incurable cutup. I like to make people laugh. This was my first post cataract surgery appointment with Dr. Kutch. Everything went very smoothly and in a timely fashion. 20/20! What more can a person ask for. In all honestly I don't see how things could be changed to make exams any easier and faster. I have and do recommend this practice to my friends and associates. I did not answer question #9 because in my case it has never been applicable. I have no doubt that if I had an urgent problem I would be quickly worked into the schedule. Perhaps on the urgent care question an answer of N.A. would be appropriate.
