Kenmore eye care center in Moore Oklahoma is amazing. They have a new amazing staff and I really enjoy my visits with everyone involved in my care and my husband and children's care. They squeezed me in for an appointment when I got confused about the time. I thought that was really extraordinary of them. Most places you miss the appointment and then you might have to pay for being a no show and of course the chances of being seen are slim to nothing. Well great place to go. Their glasses are adorable. The eye care doctor is fantastic. The office manager is friendly and helpful and the person that helps with the purchase of glasses is incredibly supportive and will not recommend glasses outside your budget. She wants you to walk out feeling good with your choice of glasses. No one is a salesman there. Everyone is very respectful and they don't push you to buy something too expensive. Love going there. Clean establishment. Convivial atmosphere. Go see them for your eye care needs. You won't be disappointed.

They have a whole new staff that work the front desk and the glasses desk. They are amazing. They helped my son find a pair of glasses he loved and took care of a warranty issue with another pair of glasses. Dr.Kenmore is fantastic as always. I was quite dissapointed in the lady (Not the long dark haired one) who took my glasses order and gave them to me when I picked them up. She assumes everyone knows what the insurance words re; tiers etc mean and when I asked for explanation she said this is how I explain it to other and they understand. WOW. So when I pick up my glasses she hands them to me with a card and said..can you read this. I said what is this. She said well yours are progressives right!. Then she had no intention in fitting the glasses to me. I had to ask her , well do they set right. She bent one thing then handed them back to me and told me they were fine. At my first visit she told me how the previous girls were horrible and had messed up but I tell you one thing, they were polite and took time to adjust my glasses and had good customer service skills.

Had a great experience at Kenmore Eye Care. The staff were all friendly and very knowledgeable. It is extremely hard to find frames that fit my face and usually takes several visits trying in frames. I told them what I wanted and the size and they found the perfect frame while I was having my eyes examined.

Hailey was very pleasant and friendly. Gave very clear instructions regarding the tests she performed and explained what to expect. I felt like Dr. Kenmore was in a hurry to do the eye exam and did not go over the test results Felt like he was in a hurry to get done what he needed to do so he could go on to the next patient. Basically told me what I needed to do without going over the results.

HOWEVER, I really wish they had 1/2 day Saturday hours, specifically for purchasing eye wear. I work and it is very difficult to take the time off required to choose frames & have an eye exam.

Apparently our insurance won't cover all of our normal eye checks during one appointment. First time this came up and nobody told us that, but OK. They failed to schedule the second required appointment until we went to the first appointment. Then it took two months to get the second appointment. That is a failure of someone on the staff. Also, the receptionist did not wear a mask at any time while we were there.

I spent time online looking at reviews before I picked Kenmore eyecare center. I decided to try it out because of the reviews and my husband had gone to see him a few years back. I have had the same eye Dr. since I was a kid decided I needed a change due to customer service at his office the last few years. Best choice I made was going to Kenmore eyecare Center. My kids and I all got our eyes checked I am beyond pleased with the staff and the overall customer service and the options they have to choose. I would recommend this office to anyone and am willing to drive the extra miles for this great service!

Been with this office a long time. Love Todd Kenmore and all his staff. Was also very comfortable with all their precautions during the "new opening/virus". The time spent at this appointment was a little longer than usual, but that was because they were being so careful with keeping folks distanced and area clean. I used to dread the eye doctor because I had long wait times and having my eyes dilated was a pain. Kenmore made my visit so easy. The staff are all friendly and helpful. I was in and out in less than an hour, with my checkup and picking new glasses. Best part is I could go right to work because there was no need for dilating my eyes! AMAZING, the Dr. Was outstanding he was very sweet, my daughter who has down syndrome was at ease the entire time and sat through the entire appointment we got an actual prescription for her!!! I got lost on our way to dr.kenmores office, I called to let them know we were running late They WERE NOT RUDE, the lady at the front was super polite even though my toddler was being wild. After getting her prescription We sat down to pick out her glasses from a catalog specs4us for downs children, the woman was insightful kind and very helpful. My wild toddler needed to nurse and no one was"offended" it was normal.its an all around great family environment!!!

The staff and doctor are very nice and answer all of my questions. I've had to switch eye doctors 3 times due to poor service from the other facilities and I am sticking with this eye doctor due to great service. I wear contacts and glasses and they always take the time to calculate my insurance to find the best option for me. They also have a really cute glasses selection!
