I'm a relatively new patient. I've been happy w/my 2 visits. I really appreciate Lisa, the hygienist. She's gentle & doesn't "complain" about a permanent retainer I have on my lower teeth. I know it requires extra attention. She doesn't act rushed like the previous practice I went to for years. Dr. Kerzie is great as well as the office staff. I have recommended two friends.

I used to pass out going into the dentist office (and I am 66 years old) and I must say Dr. Kerzie does an excellent job making you feel safe and secure! The atmosphere is so relaxing and pleasant. It is a MUST see. They even see you during our normal lunch hour because they take theirs later. He is so thorough that I have been able to eliminate my orthodontist visits for the time being until he tells me to go!!! you can't beat that.

What can I say other than Dr. Kerzie cares about his patients and doens't recommend work that is not needed on your teeth. He explains everything from the xrays and visial examination and doesn't make you feel forced regarding needed work. He priorities what most important to get done first. I usually tighten up in the chair to the point that I want to grind my teeth. Obviously it helps that I can't with my mouth open. Haha...I feel relaxed and confident in Dr. Kerzie. The dental hygenists are gentle, helpful and easy to talk to. Shannon, who cleaned my teeth, was amazing and fun! Debbie at the front desk is patient, and is an expert at her job! She navigates and explains the dental insurance process including co-pays. So sweet even when I don't call her back for weeks. Well there you have it. Once you go to Dr. Kerzie and meet the ladies in his office, I doubt you would go to any other Dentist! Donna Aleccia

My very first visit to Dr. Kerzie's office was quite positive filled with a friendly staff and a very professional dental hygienist. The dental hygienist was the most gentle and caring hygienist I have ever experienced. She did an outstanding job cleaning my teeth and gave me pointers about my dental care. There was a bird feeder full of finches in my direct view so I'm sure that the finches have a calming effect on all patients. Whoever originated the finch feeder idea is brilliant and deserves a raise! I would certainly recommend Dr. Kerzie's practice as a highly rated resource for dental care without any reservations.

Best dentist we have ever been to by far. Dr. Kerzie takes the time to truly get to know his patients. It's evident that he and his staff really care about our well being. Not once have we ever felt pressured into special "deep cleanings" or other revenue-generating treatments (usually not covered by insurance) as we did with the first dentist we tried in Rocklin. Instead, Dr. Kerzie and his staff are always very positive and gentle in their assessments--no harsh "you need to floss more!" guilt trips handed out at most dental offices that leave you shrinking into the exam chair. The office is run efficiently, so the atmosphere is relaxed and serene. Eleven out of ten, would recommend!

I moved up here from SoCal and needed to find a dentist I went to a recommended Dr. in Natomas It was a dreadful experience, exactly what I was afraid of! He hurt me and wanted to pull all my upper my teeth! I HAD to have another cleaning and I tried Dr. Kenzie...... OMG He did not hurt me even though I needed a deep cleaning and he told me I’d be keeping my teeth for a long time! Amen!! They were all so genuinely personable, fun and friendly. Dr even showed me pictures of the albino deer they had outside the office window the day before (be sure and ask to see them) I’m definitely going back he is my new dentist! I am telling everybody what a great experience I had! I don’t feel like a dental phobia anymore!
