I have been working with my dental hygienist for almost 41 years now and I feel very comfortable with her and confident that she will always do a great job. She’s the primary reason why I don’t go to other dental offices.

I have been going to this dental office for 40 years under Dr. Leslie William Jow. Now it’s under new ownership and I plan to continue to go there. I really love my dental hygienist Arrenthia (not sure of the spelling of her name but she’s the best).

I had a great visit. Kim as always, was very friendly and helpful in giving me suggestions on brushing and flossing techniques, and Dr. Naidu gave me some great advice with my teeth.

I’ve been going to Dr Chan for 20 years. I’ve barely had any work done. Cleanings only for the majority. My first visit with new dentist, boom, you need this and that. Also, their computer system seems to be down constantly. We got continuous texts reminding us of their new phone number, scheduling errors, etc…Moreover, while Dr Chan had a family dentist practice feel to it, this feels more like I’m walking into a commercial building and I’m just a number. This is a review after one visit, nobody likes change, but the computer errors in addition to the sterile environment, made me feel like a number while our previous dentist made me feel like part of the family. I hope they’ll improve.
