Sooooo i hadn't been to the dentist since i was a kid. Only time i ever went was to get something done to my teeth cos it ached so much. I would either have it pulled out or filled but either way, it was never a good experience for me growing up. So that caused me to have a fear of going to one. Fast forward to present time, I've had my wisdom teeth taken out; (thank God they put me under for that because i was petrified!), I've also had a root canal (which surprisingly went very well contrary to all those horror stories you hear), and my crown looks absolutely amazing. From start to finish, you're greeted w/a warm smile, the hygienists and Dental Assistants take really great care of you, and make sure you're comfortable, their process is very organized and seamless. They have great time management, since all my appointments have always started on time. I can't say enough good things about this place. You have to go and experience it for yourself. THANK YOU SO MUCH DR. CHONG AND MARINA BAY DENTAL ASSOCIATES. YOU'RE ALL AMAZING!!!!

Definitely a five star dental visit. No one likes to go to the dentist, but once you get there and meet the friendly staff and Dr.Chong you'll change your opinion about going to the dentist. You'll be happy with this choice. I certainly am!!!

I can not remember the new dental hygienist name (I'm not good with names anyways), but she made my visit more pleasant than any other time. I am always treated great when I come but this time she made me feel like she was doing me a favor as opposed to just a service. We had good conversation (more her than me of course) and advice that I could reasonably apply to my daily dental routine without making it feel like an inconvenience. Didn't think my visits could get any better but it did. Thank you again!

I always have a great experience with dr Chong. This past appointment was def worth mentioning. I cannot tell you how pleased I am with the crown that was placed this week, the final step in a brutally long implant process that literally took 3 years. Dr Chong is an expert and a professional and I am never disappointment with her services, dental advise and her and her teams overall warm and caring disposition.

There is never the usual anxiety at visiting the dentist when you go to Dr. Chong. Right at the get go, the staff, be it Colleen or Carlina always welcome you warmly. I will forever have Laurie as my hygienist, she is thorough but she doesn't leave you with any pain. Whether it is a cleaning or a crown, this is the place to go.

Just the best! I had an inherent dread of the dentist when I was a kid. After a while I avoided going altogether, for a long time ... too long. Cracked tooth forced me to have my teeth seen to. If I knew that Dr. Chong and the crew of Marina Bay Dental Associates would be taking such good care of me I wouldn't have worried! The Tooth extraction was a breeze and I almost fell asleep during the procedure, almost. Your comfort is their concern and they are genuinely nice and informative. They even call me by my preferred nick name! Knowing all this now I just wish I knew of them sooner, I would have benefited.

Speaking as a patient who is steeped in old school dentistry, and speaking as one who had, first. terrible oral hygiene practices, and later, good oral hygiene practices, I find Marina Bay Dental to be significantly pain poor (for me, an important criterion)--run by a staff of pleasant people, and in an environmentally pleasant location.

I saw Colleen, Jenny, and one other technician - I'm sorry but I forget her name when I was getting my crown work done. Everyone always seems in a good mood and is a pleasure to speak with. They are always detailed in everything they do. Wouldn't hesitate to recomend the practice to any friends or family.

I have had MANY bad experiences in my life with dental work. Dr. Chong and her assistants are professional, warm, caring and were able to give me one of my only pain free dental visits. I am also a veteran that does not like to feel vulnerable, having work done on my mouth makes me feel vulnerable. Please cancel my appointment for Tuesday. worst experience of my life. From reception to the cleaning and the Dr. I'm Not anyone's science project. Just a horrible experience. I'm Accustomed to going to dentist that have state of the art equipment those X-rays that I was forced to have and to pay for were substandard I will let them know where to send the X-rays I paid for them. A real dentist would laugh hysterically. I have nothing nice to say. You asked and oh BTW she's 20 years older than her flyer. I hate to be mean but represent yourself properly! I'm Not giving you a five star rating I'd give a zero.

I do wish the office was open more towards the end of the day (after 4pm) as I work in Boston and find it very difficult to make morning/afternoon appts.
