I used the online portal to request a new patient appointment late Friday afternoon. I received a follow up call early Monday morning. During that call, I was able to schedule an appointment for the very next day. The staff is very professional. You can tell they enjoy their jobs. Dr. McFadden and Angie were a delight and very educational, which pleased me.

We love Dr. McFadden and his staff. They are excellent with our 4 children ages 8,5, and 2 1/2-year-old twins. I also see Dr. McFadden and would highly recommend their office.

I haven't been to the dentist in several years due to moderate anxiety caused by bad experiences in the military and other providers. Due to the amount of work that has compounded over time, I was embarrassed to even walk through the door. Dr McFadden and his staff identified this on my first visit and were very accommodating. Pleasant small talk, jokes and smiling faces made all the difference in the world. After a few visits, the anxiety is gone and I'm totally at ease. The business manager has gone out of her way to deal with my insurance companies' complex claims process and I appreciate that. I highly recommend Dr McFadden's practice to anyone looking for a dentist.
