Apparently my needs are not important as to what you think I should do. As I do respect your advice, I cannot afford to go through the procedures you recommend and instead of helping me you refused to do anything. I should have been given options as to what I can do whether you thought it would last or not. It's still my choice and at my age not lasting long may be the option I would prefer to take a chance with. Coming to see you did nothing but waste my time and about 160$ just to be told you didn't want to help me with a resolution that I could possibly afford.

I had a bridge denture that was supposed to be Perminant, but I did not take proper care of my teeth and it became loose. It was made by a wonderful dentist in Atlanta but I live inTallahassee now and I went to Dr. McFatter for help. He replaced my bad bridge with an upper denture and a lower partial. These are working well for me and I would recommend him for your dental needs. He has a full service lab and can make new dentures in one day. Give him a try.

Dr. McFatter was very friendly for a first time visit. I'd heard great things about the office from a couple of friends. I explained the reason for my appointment due to a dental issue I'm having that requires a tooth extraction and dental implant. At first he was somewhat reluctant to take my case because he didn't want to take me away from my current dentist whom I've been with for over 30 years in TLH. I had to somewhat insist because part of my case requires two facilities to treat. After visiting the Beachton office and meeting various staff member, there's no question where I plan to go to complete my treatment. Dr. McFatter explained the various procedures involved and assured me that I would be very pleased with the end results. So far so good. Can't beat being greeted with a smile by everyone and walking out with one as well. You won't be disappointed if you decide to go to this office for any dental related reason. Note: wait times are a little longer that usual. Being my first visit, my guess is that sometimes patience is a virtue; especially when you expect The Best!!!

I am not a patient at this office, but I have been receiving emails on behalf of someone who is. Unfortunately, my efforts at removing my email from their records and unsubscribing have been futile. I can't speak for the dentistry at this office (because I've never been there), but I am thoroughly unimpressed by their ability to maintain customer service and respond to simple bookkeeping matters.

As in previous visits, my time with you and the young woman in the examining room was most comfortable. Thank you for your expertise and conclusion that my tooth could be mended. As soon as I can, I will make an appointment for "new" dentures or other work. I would recommend one change: Have people in the outer office to not diagnose patients. I was told by them, and a woman dressed in a white lab coat, that nothing could be done because I had tried to temporarily repair it and that the only thing that could be done was to get a new denture.

Beachton Dental Clinic has a very nice atmosphere, well organized and friendly staff. Dr. McFatter seems very knowledgeable and to the point. I also appreciated that they had their own lab on the premises. The Cons is they only accept Cash or Credit.

Going to the Beachton clinic was a big mistake on my part. My dentures ( 4th set in 47 years of having dentures) are ill-fitting. I never had this problem in my previous three sets. I cannot chew or speak as I used to. You get what you pay for.
