This was my third annual eye exam with N2 Eyes Optometry. My appointment went smoothly and I was seen promptly after my arrival. The entire staff were knowledgeable and accommodating. The office was very well maintained and provided a pleasant environment. Dr. Pham was excellent as always, and full of energy and enthusiasm. Similar to my last review, I continue to highly recommend their services.

N2 Eyes has been my optometry go to since I moved to Virignia. The service is always quick, there usually isn't more than a 5-minute wait. The staff is SO friendly - everyone is smiling and everyone is chatty which always is fun and makes me feel welcome. They are easy to work with, and they have such a wide selection of affordable glasses. I would definitely recommend them!

One of the best experiences. From the moment I walked in the door I was welcomed and made to feel like I had been a long-time patient. Izzy talked and laughed with me like a long-time friend.. (she is a keeper) Dr. Pham was informative and made me feel comfortable in my skin, removing doubt about sitting at the machines.

I always enjoy coming to N2 Eyes Optometry. The nurses and doctors are all very nice here. They answer every question that I have. This is my first time back in 5 years only because they did not take my insurance. Now they do and I am so happy to be back. I recommend N2 Eyes to everyone.

I had an eye emergency after having outpatient surgery due to breast cancer. I tried to get an appointment with National Optometry in Patrick Henry Mall. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and was very disappointed at their lack of compassion. I called N2 Eyes and the staff was amazing and sympathetic to my pain and got me an appointment. Dr. Cassis was so nice and I felt like I had been her patient for years. This is what is means to serve others.

Dr. Cassis has been my eye doctor for about 10 years now. She is the best. Her staff is always very helpful. I have never had to wait for my appointment. They always see me right on schedule. I live in NC and I am sure that I could find a good doctor close to home, but I will continue to drive 60 miles for the great service I get at N2Eyes.

I have had an eye prescription for the 14 years. Until I found N2 eyes comprehensive optometry I have had some terrible experiences with the eye doctors. At N2 eyes comprehensive optometry they have always been friendly and respectful. They listen with concern and don't pressure you to purchase their prescription eye wear. They have always improved the clarity and distance of my vision. I really love that they don't have that machine that puffs air into your eyes.

I had read reviews for other optometrists in the area and based on their positive feedback I made an appointment. The staff is very nice and very responsive. I was able to book an appointment within the same week and when I arrived I quickly filled the required paperwork and back to exam room. Again, the staff was professional and very nice. When it came to time select my frames and lenses they showed me many options but never was there pressure to "up-sell" a particular lens or frame. Bottom line, great staff and nice facility. Highly recommend.

When you have picked out glasses, every attempt should be made to explain the cost for each part. I was told the frames were the most ($200). Well, I couldn't understand what was the rest of the $1300? I might could have changed some things. When I said I was going to look other places, she dropped me like a hot potato! She said, thanks and walked off. I didn't think that was very professional at all. I love dr Casis and that's why I come back!

I was looking for a bigger discount on my wife's second pair of glasses! We were initially offered only 20% off, I mentioned that they were giving 30% last time! So we were given the 30% discount. However I was hoping for a 50% discount seeing how I sent e-mails about big discounts and complained at my last visit how our previous provider gave 50% off your second pair!

I liked how thorough the exam was. I was even able to see the effects of allergies on my daughter's eye lids! She took the time to explain to me and my child about her vision as well as the procedures for wearing contacts. It may seem expensive, but with all the subsequent follow up visits included, it really isn't.

Out of network. The fact that you are now out of the Anthem Blue Vision network means I very likely will need to cease being a patient. This makes me sad because Dr. Cassis is an excellent doctor giving excellent service. But the costs to me of out of network are enormous. hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

Just one minor complaint: I was referred to Dr. Starling of VA Eye Consultants for an appointment the following day (today), which was SOOO lucky (they'd had a cancellation; it was this option vs. waiting until July 31st for another referral). When I got to the appointment today; your office notified me of this appointment, I was told about 15 minutes into it that it would be a THREE-HOUR appointment! Had I known ahead of time, I would've 1)eaten breakfast beforehand, and 2) made arrangements for someone else to take my 94-year old mother to lunch at her assisted living facility. Like I said, minor complaint. I LOVE Dr. Cassis!!

Excellent first visit! I appreciated being treated as an intelligent human being with prior experience with the vision correction process. However, I did notice a minor inconsistency with the data entry on my receipt: my husband who paid is not the correct holder of the Doctor, PhD title/suffix, I am. I guess the only complaint I have is that this visit cost me $566 out of pocket. This is not N2Eye's fault. This too a large degree is my fault. When Vann was explaining all the options, I opted to take them all. The problem I have is, what did I really need vs what I bought. I probably could have saved at least $150 which too me would have been very significant. Next time I will be more cautious.

I was impressed by the fact that the girl who took care of ordering the lenses came into the room so that Dr. Cassis could explain my needs. She was waiting for me. No waiting, explanation very clear and very friendly. Dr. Cassis was very open about the state of the cataract and also very supportive of my current family situation. Your eyeglasses are way over priced -- with a discounted price of $669 -- there is not that much material or workmanship involved in those glasses -- so the mark-up is excessive. You shouldn't put people down for trying to find a reasonable alternative for prices on eyeglasses.

Excellent first time patient experience! I called at 1:30pm to make a new patient appointment and they were able to see me at 2:20pm that same day. By 3:30pm I had completed a full eye exam and ordered new glasses!

Wonderful experience! Each procedure and exam was explained to me prior to being done. Technician was friendly and professional. Dr. was compassionate, answered all my questions and help me make the right choice for me ! The young woman who helped me pick out my glasses was sweet, honest and was clearly looking out for my wallet when choosing frames and lenses !!

I came on an emergency visit with an infection in my eyes. I had tried to call a little after the office had opened but only got the answering service. Therefore, I just came in. The receptionist said she would see if there was an opening but I should have had an appointment. Fortunately, the Dr. had an immediate opening and I was able to see her and get a perscription for my problem.

Are contact lenses prescriptions always a separate fee when all is examined during an eye exam? Are retinal scans reviewed by the medical doctor as well.? Everyone was great and very kind and helpful! Referred my girlfriend.

It seems to me that there may be a billing problem. Last year I discovered that VSP pays for the eye exam and my health insurance pays for the rest but I am still being charged for part of the exam.
