I was sent an email where I could click a link and go to a page where I could choose the provider, and set a date and time for an appointment. A day before the appointment I received a call about an opening due to a cancellation, and I mentioned I already set an appointment via the link. The person on the phone said they don't pay attention to that system, they aren't aware of the appointments people can make themselves, basically saying they ignore the results of the system. It seems ludicrous to have a system that makes the patients believe they are setting a valid appointment for themselves only to discover the staff takes the system for a joke and ignores it.

I live outside of the county where the office is located. I travel more than a half hour for my appointments. It is and has always been well worth the trip. The staff have always been pleasant, professional and efficient. I believe the doctors would not have it any other way.

Dr. Clark is quite personable and makes me feel comfortable and known each time I use his services. There is no pain associated with this dental work. His staff is clearly thorough in cleaning between patients. They leave time for it and scrub with obvious vigor. I feel comfortable going there even during this pandemic.

When I called in for the appointment, their staff was courteous and professional. The same was true when I went in for my initial visit. Dr. Clark spent time with me, answered all my questions and discussed a plan of treatment. I initially changed dentists after a year because I was treated rudely, especially when numb. This is a 180 degree turnaround from my last dentist. I am so thankful to have found this office.
