You’re building and parking lot are crumbling around you, and there was one car in the lot when I arrived, leading me to think that you might have moved. When I found out I was still in the right place, I was a bit disappointed. Your waiting room furniture is not up to the task of safely supporting a 6’3, 300 lb man.

My appointment was rescheduled because the extracting dentist was off. So when i arrive to me rescheduled appointment the dentist decided that one of my deep cavities didnt need to be messed with despite xray evidence showing otherwise. And the other tooth needed to be removed after drilling a hole in my tooth. Then i find out the extracting dentist wasnt there anyway. So not i have a very uncomfortable patch and another used PTO day for a 3rd appointment all because your dentists failed to communicate to me what was going on. Whats worse the dentist that drilled the hole didnt explain to me what the plan was. I AM NOT A MANNEQUIN I AM A PERSON AND THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND ABANDON ON MY BODY IS INFURIATING. Needles to say after my tooth is removed i will not be returning.

110 for a special 5995 a month and I did not get that at all notified when I go back for dinner for over my balance but overall the stuff are very very friendly and I did sign up for service but we were already talking about the places again because nothing added up to what was said and what was written

This place is like a factory with people coming and going. I saw four different caregivers while I was in the chair. Everyone was nice but one hand doesn’t know what the other hand is doing. I never saw the dentist I made the appointment to see and was not given an explanation.

Dr. Mason was thorough and checked x-rays of all of my teeth. I was very concerned that my situation was not "fixable", but after explaining to me all that needed to be done he said that he COULD restore my mouth with bridges and explained how he would do it. He is also starting sooner than I expected, and that is wonderful since we are going on a vacation this Spring. I am very grateful. He was highly recommended by my son and my son-in-law.

The dentist was so careless and he left me in middle and went to attend other patient and he never took me serious and the manager was so rude abd doctor did not do the fillings for which i was there for, and he wasted my day to come for filling work. I told him i am not happy for what you did with me. I waited for 1 and half in office and the manager never cared about me as well. They even did not attend my sister properly.

I have feared Dentists since childhood, everyone is very understanding, careful, explains everything and you feel they really care. They work with you on cost and they don't make you feel embarrassed about the condition of your teeth and help you to get them healthy.

I will never come back as a patient. I waited an hour past my appt time. I finally saw the dentist for my filling that fell out. He told me what I needed done then sent me on my way. He didn't fix my tooth. I honestly feel that he didn't want to be bothered with it because it was late in the day and he wanted to go home. I am very displeased with my experience and for that reason I will NEVER be back! Hopefully my tooth doesn't break before I can find a dentist who actually cares about his patients!!!!

I love the staff. They try their best to accommodate my needs. I know the plan, I get to make my own decisions, and it’s the only dentists office where I’ve been able to go without fear. I was terrorized by my childhood dentist, so I have dentist issues. However with this office, I’m never afraid. That’s the best part.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I scheduled my appointment 6 weeks ahead of time knowing I had a cavity. The day before my scheduled appointment, they text me it was canceled with no reason. After 4 phone more calls back & fourth pleading to keep the appointment, they finally got me in for X-rays & to see the dentist knowing I needed work. After waiting 45 minutes in the chair, he told me I had a cracked tooth & needed a root canal on another tooth, but that the cracked tooth needed immediate attention. I was confused as to how the root canal wasn’t a priority. But he was the dr & told me they would call next week to schedule me for the cracked tooth... 3 weeks & several phone calls to their office later, they never called. After finally going to another dentist, he confirmed the cracked tooth & root canal. But also confirmed the root canal was much more imperative to get fixed. Painless Dentistry was simply trying to do the work they could do in-house before referring me out for the root canal. They were willing to put my heat at stake to line their checking account. I would NEVER want anyone to go thru this! Do not go to this place! SHISTERS!!!

5 stars all day! The staff was great, professional, and friendly. They made me feel comfortable from the time I walked in to the time I left. The team was thorough in my examination, including keeping me informed throughout their practices and answering any questions I had. The front office staff was the best, working hard with my insurance company to complete my treatment plan, and informing me throughout the process of what, when, and how my insurance would cover, not cover, and out of pocket experience I would occur. Plus, they were funny!

I’ve been going to Painless Dentistry for 2010. Since then it has been change after change of dentist . I can’t even remember their names because their stay was maybe two years then gone. That bothers me. As well as my dental hygienist has been switched around . I’m Kimberly Cortez patient. And intend to stay with her. Don’t switch me up again. Please keep some normalcy in there. Keep the dentist and office workers as well. To much uncertainty in this world I’d like to feel a comfort knowing the same faces when I return. Thank you

The people there are nice. However, there are some things I didn't like. They do not answer the phone and they did not listen to my requests. I asked for them to do a x-ray before giving me a fill. Instead, they disregarded what I said and still worked on my teeth. Also they did not give me the proper care instructions. I asked if I could eat right away after my fill and they said yes. However, they did not explain to me that my teeth would still be sensitive to hot, cold and hard foods.

I had a great visit with Painless Dentistry. My hygienist, Anna, was amazing. She took the time to explain what she was doing with each step of the process, and her attitude was great too! She took extra time to address my concerns and made sure the dentist was aware as well. She also did a great job with sanitation. I saw her sanitizing every surface before I had even left the building. She was great!

I went to Painless Dentistry on recommendation from a coworker. My dental health has been less than pristine so I knew going in I would need a decent amount of work done to get my teeth and gums healthy. Painless dentistry took such excellent care in explaining what I needed, checking my insurance (twice) to make sure I was getting the best coverage, and they were very thoughtful every step of the way. I honestly couldn’t have picked a better dental office on my own. From the front desk to the wonderful peeps in the back office, all my experience with Painless Dentistry have been so positive. I actually look forward to my visits.

The team works very well together to ensure a pleasant outcome from start to finish. A collaborative approach with the patient is instituted at every level.There is strict attention to privacy as you wait in the outer area. Some medical care facilities openly discuss patient information within earshot of other patients in the waiting room, however that is not an issue. here.
