Staff and the service were professional, punctual and neat. They were gentle with my son and answered all our questions patiently. Would be good if the pediatric dentists know how to deal with young kids better like be more kid friendly, make them feel comfortable, know the tips and tricks to make them keep going back to the dentist without any fear, etc. Maybe being experts when it comes to handling kids is too much of an expectation but that is the purpose of the pediatric dentist division right?

Although I don't go to Denitst office for a long time, but have to admit, this is excellent Clean and very roomy facility. Reception and Assistantants are very polite, courtious and geeting with smailing face, but with Face mask. Dentist is same, answer all questions very politely, and examin throroughly.

Dentist is very involved with patient care. I have never had anyone but a dental hygienist spend this much time with me during each visit. He does things differently. The way it should be. Not just in and out like so many others.

I was diagnosed with a cracked tooth. The crack was so bad that only a root canal was advisable. I was brought in for the root canal even though the dentist would be out on vacation in the week following. As a result, I ended up waiting 5 weeks to have the post put in. In that time, the temporary filing dissipated and eating has been nothing but an ordeal. By the time the root canal was performed, the root was already dead. Rushing the root canal to leave me with a hole in my tooth for five weeks instead of moving my first appointment to the time following the vacation makes no sense to me. After the root canal, the doctor said "we'll bring you back next week.." The receptionist said "we have an appointment in a month". I asked the doctor the reason for the disparity and it was clear that the hole in my tooth had not been considered against the doctors availability. I should have been referred out. 5 weeks with a hole in my tooth. For no reason.

I was very happy of the level is the professionalism and friendliness of Dr. Samuel Botros. He is honest, smart and knowledgeable. Went for a tooth pain, he listened to my complaints, concerns and many questions. He explained what is going on and gave me a plan to follow and two days later I am feeling better already. Cannot wait to go back to see him later on this month for cleaning and check up.

I have been treated by Dr. Samuel Botros since he began his PEB dental practice, for a variety of issues like root canals, cleanup and restoration, custom crowns and implant-based crowns, and several related issues like cavities. His experience is reflected in his very quick yet efficient assessment and treatment. His front-desk and support staff are courteous, friendly and efficient as well in updating my records and providing a helping hand towards his competitive performance.

He is the best dentist we ever met till date. He is very much professional and at the same time very affectionate in handling younger patients. He has tonnes of patience and energy while handling the young ones. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and relatives again and again. The staff is also cordial ,they always have our back when the situation is urgent. They squeeze in appointments to save the situation. I would give more than 5 stars for the services.

I have been visiting PEB dental for the past 3 years. My wife and kids go there as well. I have done my root canal, crown procedure other than the regular fillings and clean ups. It was perfect every time and I never felt any discomfort or anything after any of the procedures. Dr Samuel is absolute gentleman, keeps you at ease, explains each and every step before he does it. Spends quality amount of time as required on each visit. He is quite experienced, absolutely knowledgeable and does a fantastic job. Staff is also quite friendly. I would highly recommend him.

Dr Samuel Botros is amazing with kids. This was my first appointment for my daughter (she is 2) and the doctor and the staff were very cheerful and welcoming with her and made her comfortable and it was a pleasant visit for her. She didn’t cry but the contrary everything went very smooth during the visit.

The reception and dentist were pleasant and friendly as usual. The dental hygienist who was working on the last day (12/22/18) my son, Asaad, visited the office had a very aggressive tone of voice which I didn’t care for. My son is 3 years old and has a speech delay. As a result, he cannot always express himself by using his words and is not comfortable in unfamiliar environments. When the hygienist told us we could follow her to the back and I told son to get up so we could see the dentist. The hygienist immediately intervened by saying his name in a loud tone and started walking towards him. Once she started walking towards him I had to tell her not to touch my son because he would have hit her if he didn’t feel comfortable. I have been taking my sons to PEB Dental for the last two years and this was the first time I felt uncomfortable at the visit.

Personal care. This dentist will actually spend time with you; something that seems to be lacking by many other dentists nowadays. I became tired of first seeing my previous dentist only 2 minutes per visit. And it became intolerable when I saw a different dental internist each visit over a 3 year period -- never once 'my dentist'. I left that other dentist and I am glad I did.

Aside from the fact that this dental office is conveniently close to our house, the staff, especially the front desk secretary/receptionist is very accommodating. She makes the patients feel comfortable. The dentist is knowledgeable of his work and provides recommendations on the treatment plan to make sure that the plan fits the patient's needs. Highly recommended.

I find Dr Botros to be very efficient, careful and thorough in his treatment for a variety of procedures he has performed including fillings, making specific parts for implants, crowns and what have you. He does not hesitate to spend extra time and keeps me informed during the procedures what is going on, with verbal as well as pre and post dental X rays. His is well supported by his team, technicians who make the crown, implant specialist and his front desk staff as well as nurse.
