I was finally fed up with Western Dental and their practices. From the corporate office down to the local offices, their customer service is horrible and the people there have absolutely no compassion for their customers. I switched to Star Dental January of 2024 and I was so happy with everyone there. From the girls at the front desk, to the Dentist! I will be getting all of my dental work here from now on!

The appointment was on time. Paperwork was facilitated. Staff is friendly, competent and efficient. Dr. Clayton is knowledgeable and exacting in examination. My refraction was perfect for my situation with severe myopia and glaucoma. Dr. Clayton takes his time and explains everything of concern. He's careful to examine for any anomalies that might need attention from an ophthalmologist or other vision specialist. Dr. Clayton is excellent and I would highly recommend him for any optometric care for all age groups. Thank you, Optometric Center of Riverside!! You're the best!! Carla G.

I did not appreciate being texted every day prior to appointment to remind me that I had an appointment. I think a text the day before should be enough!! I was there on time, and had a nice visit with the Dr. But 2 days later I get a notice that they are so very sorry that I missed my appointment and I needed to make another appointment. Someone needs to learn how to communicate in that office.

Nice employees, except I called and made an appt asking them to let me know if my insurance changed in regards to my exam or contact/lens coverage. The girl said she would let me know ahead of time before my appt. came but there was no follow up info given. I showed up for my appt. and the guy told me my exam is not covered at all (I needed to go to kaiser for my exam, but could use them for my contacts or lens order). I was very upset as my prescription was expiring so I needed to get my exam done then. I ended up paying $75 out of pocket for my exam and the Dr. Was even upset as to why I hadn't been told ahead of time. I was confused and felt tricked into paying for something I asked ahead of time for the information for. I will not be coming back for a future appointment or contacts

Excellent Customer Service !! Candi and Mike are outstanding! Mike previously adjusted my glasses that have been ill-fitting and are now not noticed when I wear them. Candi is very knowledgeable and proactive in assisting and resolving issues. Dr. Ragsdale is very personable and explains technical issues in a non technical way, that reduces my anxiety.

Dr. Ragsdale was able to provide glasses that worked perfectly giving me 20/20 vision - something several other doctor's weren't able to do . The selection of glasses at his office started at a price I could afford too - at just $90 and were cute too . I also like the late appts. that they offer on Mon. & Wed. ( 6:00 pm ) . The office space itself is well lit , has a great view of the Plaza and it's foot traffic , and is well organized and comfortable. All in all , an easy , fast visit that resulted in affordable glasses giving me 20/20 vision.

Dr. Ragsdale and the optician were great! Once we were handed off to the front office staff we were never given a breakdown of our benefits and we weren’t given the option on lenses or explained anything. Maybe I wanted a varilux lens or something better than your standard polycarbonate lens. I’m not sure if we’ll be back next year.

I feel very fortunate to have found Ragsdale Optometry in the community In Riverside. I have been driving to Rancho Cucamonga for years. Their employees Lisa who made me feel right at home. Lisa helped me in selecting my glasses so I didn't look nerdy. Also Its hard not to think about Candy. I would like to thank Candy For being helpful and a beautiful person who helped my insurance process go smoothly. I highly recommend Ragsdale Optometry. Martin

This place was wonderful. I did some research on where to go since it had been a very long time since I've seen the eye doctor. I am absolutely happy I chose to go here. They were pleasant in every way possible. You will not regret going here.

I have been going to Ragsdale Optometry for a number of years now. They are very professional, attentive, and answer all my questions or concerns relative to my eye vision and care and corrective glasses. I always get an appointment very quickly. I would definitely recommend going to Ragsdale Optometry
