This team is amazing.Camilla - Office Manager, Debbie - Hygenist, and Claire - RDA, are personable and thorough in their jobs. I have only ever seen Dr. Jeff R and have never hesitated in following his recommendations. He has the patient's best interest at heart and will take a "wait see" attitude on certain things. He has helped me through weekend emergencies, replacing worn out crowns and chipped teeth. He is a perfectionist and I have never had any post procedural problems. If you are undecided on dental issues there is no need to go anywhere else.

The receptionist, the dental assistant, and Dr. Riccoboni were all gracious, friendly, helpful, and seemed very competent. I have one question. The dental assistant, if my recollections are correct, said that the package of four teeth whiteners were $30 or maybe she said $40, but I was charged $60 when I checked my bill later. Am I misquoting her?

Dr. Riccoboni was very friendly and honest. He took a lot of time checking my teeth and gum and explained thoroughly what's going on and what's needed to make sure my teeth and gum are healthy. The patient area was very clean, they have an air filter system in the room I was in and I was very comfortable with the cleanliness and care to make sure the patients are safe.

Debbie is a solid professional and just a real nice lady. As a Dental Hygienist, she knows all the tricks in maintaining health gums and teeth. My gums and teeth were a mess following chemotherapy (twice). She saved my remaining teeth and my gums are finally healthy again with little sensitivity and no more pain. Using an electric toothbrush at a 45 degree angle to the gums to get underneath and the use of Fluoride 500 toothpaste has greatly assisted this comeback. Great dental cleaning and conversation. I can definitely recommend Dr. Riccoboni’s office. I’ve been their patient for nearly 7 years since Dr. Carl Riccoboni treated my infected root. He has semi-retired (or retired completely), which I was selfishly sad about because he was such a great doctor who saved me from awful tooth pains many times over the years. But his son Dr. Jeff Riccoboni who is now in charge of the clinic is also great. His skill is excellent, and also I always appreciate his proactive and caring advice. Hygienists, admins, everybody who works here is very experienced, and also they are genuinely nice and caring. It’s a really great clinic.

I could not eat nor chew without having severe pain. Dr. Riccoboni immediately zeroed in to the problem, referred me to see a root canal specialist and took care of the problem. Before coming to Dr. Riccoboni's Dental I feared going to the dentist. After coming to this dental office there has not been any fear or anxiety or any negative emotions! The staff is friendly and environment is relaxing. Most of all the dental hygienist Debbie that I see is the best. Her humor is contagious, she make me laugh and the visit is always pleasant and fun. She is knowledgeable and professional and is just remarkable in her role and profession. Dr. Riccoboni is also really good. I have nothing but praise for Debbie, Dr. Riccoboni, and everyone at the dental office!

Great dental care for the past 15 years. I appreciate the attentiveness of both Drs. Riccoboni, and the great staff. The dentists are highly skilled and listen closely to patients, start with a minimal approach then do more if needed. My only complaint is that billing is confusing -- often not explained, and sometimes wrong.

I have typically hated going to the dentist, and due to that I have NOW had to have major work done. BUT I am so lucky to have found Dr. Riccoboni because I trust him, and he is the best at giving shots. So now I don't fear going to the dentist and he is fixing all my issues with my teeth - so at least I will have teeth when I get older...

Dr. Riccoboni (both Carl and Jeff) are great. They take time to evaluate and explain. The dental hygienists are always friendly and gentle! Which is important. I highly recommend them weather you need work done or just a cleaning.
