The reason for 4 out 10 score, Coming to this office for years I do realize that none of your staff who is hands on with their patients DO NOT LIKE TO WASH THEIR HANDS before putting on their gloves, they put their gloves and then touches everything in the room and then use that same contaminated gloves to put in your mouth! I have asked in the past couple of times to wash their hands before which I shouldn't have to ask!!!

I received an extensive cleaning. It was minimum pain, she was gentle and she kept you informed the entire time where the experience was not bad at all nor painful. I had a great experience this is my second time coming. I highly recommend.

Doctor Nicola is a very selfish doctor. I understand she’s living her best life since she’s making doctor money & probably deserves it BUT she needs to take on less patients if she doesn’t care enough to be on time. I had an 8am appointment and she didn’t show up until almost 9am! Im missing work because she no longer wants to work on Saturdays either & she was only working 1 Saturday a month. My work schedule is longer than her work schedule during the week, once again, she probably worked hard to get to where she’s at & that’s amazing for her but she should still be a decent human and value others time!

Friendly staff, took my insurance, did great work. The Hygienist was a little rough with my gums so I was bleeding/uncomfortable quite a bit during my cleaning and after I flossed that night, but I was really happy with the cleaning results otherwise

I have had 2 dental cleanings and they were very good, but this last one was terrible, very bad. It took them 1 hour to attend me, I was in the cubicle waiting for the cleaning doctor, but she took a long time to arrive and then took 30 minutes to computer. When she attended me she treated me very roughly, she hurt me, my teeth were bleeding, and my face was totally splashed with water, during the whole session, she only tried to clean me with the bib they put on me. I was in pain and she roughly covered my face to try to dry all the water she threw at me. I finished the dental cleaning in 20min and normally it takes 40min. She said she wanted to leave but she had to. I don't want her to treat me again.

My crown came off and I needed dental care quickly. They got me in at 8 am the next morning. They recommended that I get a new crown but gave me the option to use the crown that had been on my tooth. If it won’t stay on then I’ll get a new one.

Very kind! Very sweet people , first time getting braces at 21 years old and I was very nervous but they were super nice and have been helping me out the whole way. Even fixing my brackets I broke the first day of me having them ! I’ve been here multiple times before but they truly are amazing and I haven’t had any problems with them :)

Front staff was very nice. Hygienist was ok, very straight forward and to the point not friendly. Dr was a no go. It was like I opened my mouth and she saw dollar signs bc I was new to her. I’ve been seeing a dentist regularly and a very well rounded dentist and haven’t heard of some of the stuff I “needed” until yesterday. Also, I was in the office for almost an hour and a half for a cleaning.

I find Dr. Nicola to be a very competent dentist. She has done a good job now for me, my husband, and my grown son. The people at the practice were friendly and efficient; I really appreciated the ability to get a same day appointment to solve my problem. It's torture for me to have to anticipate dental procedures! Two things in the not totally positive column. 1. I would like to have discussed a bit how I can improve my overall dental health and some recommendations about gum recession, which is something I've suffered with for years now. Also... I had to take a big gulp when I saw the price. This business used to have a program where you could pay for yearly plan that included a discount on expensive procedures. Unfortunately that is now gone and so are my savings for the past year. I'm really hoping and praying I don't have anymore issues anytime soon!

Two days before my appointment, I received an email and a text to confirm my appointment which I did the following day. I received a phone call to confirm my appointment which I did. The day of my appointment I received a text and an email approximately two hours before my appointment to remind me of my appointment. That is absolutely uncalled for, unnecessary, and extremely obsessive.

Until yesterdays appointment I have always been happy with Robson Crossing Dentistry. When I came in yesterday to get the permanent crown. The crown would not fit. A couple of people tried then a dentist came in a tried. They looked at the impression. The next thing I know is I was getting numbing meds followed by shots in my mouth so a new impression could be done and another permanent crown ordered. They had to put the temporary crown back on and I get to come back July 19th. The dentist did say he was sorry but never really explained what happened. I would really like an explanation of what happened!!

I had to have a crown put on and the estimates for it were over the actual cost. That caused an overpayment from my HRA CC. They make it so hard to correct this overpayment and now i have to deal with them also. Everything else went great. Please under estimate and then bill for the remainder at a later date... would be my suggestion....

Finding a new dentist can be hard. I didn’t know what to expect coming to Robson Crossing Dentistry. I was pleasantly surprised with how good my appointment was. From the friendly front desk staff, to the assistant taking X-rays, to the hygienist who cleaned my teeth, and the dentist, I must say everyone single one of them were super friendly and great at their job. The cleaning made my teeth and mouth feel so much better. My mom actually said wow your teeth look great, and that was just from a cleaning. I really feel in a time where customer service and just plain kindness is lacking the employees here went above and beyond. There recommendations were the same as my prior dentist before I moved to Georgia. I was very confident in what they said and recommended. I am so happy I had such an easy appointment and everything I went there for was taken care of. Thanks to the staff for making my first appointment here such a good one.

Customer service could be so much better. A patient gets multiple texts and emails about an upcoming appointment, but is not warned in advance that there will be an additional charge, or even that an appointment is canceled. It sometimes seems that all the front cares about is pay up front no matter what with no notice. Would it be so hard to match up which patients for the next week have balances due and give them a warning? There just have been so many times that the front of the house could be much more on top of things than they are.

I needed your help. Doctor said I had a crack in my tooth but it was not true. It’s an abscess then you guys proceed to say that the root canal is somewhat covered or is all covered. I was 50%. You guys couldn’t make up your mind, and then he said I had a pay out of pocket. It was ridiculous all of it. The only thing you guys help me with with with medication.

Front entrance dirty full of leaves. Like nobody cares. Bad greeting when arriving. Desk clerk blurts out first thing for a greeting,"You owe us money. You have unpaid balance of x$" Staff became belligerent when I refuse to sign forms refusing treatments. (Deep Cleaning & x-Ray) Kept requesting signature even after I refused 4 times. When I would leave and find new dentist they could care less. So I left without signing their papers.

I now ordered the dental cleaning and felt very very definitely would recommend it. But now I did not like the treatment of the orthodontist assistant, she has a good attitude but she hurt me considerably while adjusting my brackets, several times she stung me, hurt my lips and inside, she forgot to cut some wires and when I was leaving I came back because I noticed them.

I have problems with your staff not returning calls with the exception of one lady. Tried for months to get a pre approval problem resolved between insurance and your staff. Took entire too long. Finally l did all of the calling myself. Even left word for the Dr to call, never heard a word.

I came in wanting a tooth glued back in. Had to be worked in which was no problem. I wound up staying 2 hrs. Dentist was checking on a price for replacing the tooth which l didn’t ask her to do. Also took 2 X-rays which was unnecessary. I think l was over charged because of the unnecessary work which l really didn’t want at the time.

We had a Ortho and cleaning visit yesterday. I had my mother help being my child and the visit lasted 2 1/2 hours. My sons visit on Monday was for the same thing and lasted 2 hours. This is extremely long times for a scheduled office visit.

Absolute life saver!! I had a broken, cavity, wisdom tooth that was causing me swelling and severe pain. With not having dental insurance, it was $350 to remove and I came I. That day and had it pulled! Very nice staff and very happy with my results!

I had a root canal done back in October 2021, The same tooth is bothering me again, went to have it recheck, they did the exam and said I needed to take it out because it could have a crack, they said they will do a CT scan to make sure it was the situation, once it was done they didn’t see me again, Just gave me the quote of almost $6000 said the doctor will call me back with the results at lunch on Monday 6, since then I’ve been calling them every day asking to either talk to her or to get copy of my results and there is always an excuse, as of right now I still have the problem and don’t know what to do.

I am generally always pleased with the service of the office. However, for this appt. I had to wait past my scheduled time AND they forget to take Xrays even though I paid for them. I called afterwards and they corrected my charges. Perhaps overscheduling?

Very unhappy with service. Totally unprofessional, inexperienced techs. After suffering 5 months with tooth, root canal, then pulling it, and ineffective partial which I can’t wear, they offered me $100 off on a new partial after already spending $2300 for nothing completed. I will not be back. I will go find a real dentist to repair the mess made.

Happy that it was explained to me why I had trouble with my bottom partial plate from a former dentistry. The former dentistry tried twice to figure out why my bottom partial plate would hurt so much. They just kept grinding it but never explained to me that the bone structure in my bottom jaw could have been the problem and that a bottom partial may not stay in place like a full top plate. Well at Robson it was explained to me it detail why I was having so much trouble and I appreciated that very much. I will never go back to the first dental place. Thank you Robson Dental for explaining it to me.

Dentist was in a hurry and didn't explain much other than you need invisialign. I still have the rough edges on my bottom teeth I want filled down and sone filling in the thin part shadowing on my front tooth. On top of this I've now had three sets of impressions sent off to invisalign.

I just want to give a shout out to Robin the Dental Hygienist at Robson Crossing Dentistry. I honestly have hated the way my teeth looked for about two years now. I had a stain on the front of my tooth and I had people who noticed it and it was truly embarrassing. Nobody loves getting their teeth cleaned but she was super thorough and I could tell that she loved her job by how detailed she was cleaning teeth. After I looked in the mirror, my self esteem shot up. I honestly am SO happy with my smile now and I appreciate everything she did to make me feel good about myself again. I also want to give a shoutout to Dr. Nicola as well. I thought she was very knowledgable and told me the truth about what I needed to know. She didn't just tell me what I wanted to hear and I loved that. I have another appointment with them coming up in a few months and I feel way more at ease knowing how great their team truly is.

It took MONTHS AND MONTHS for my dentures to finally get to the point where I could wear them. Comfortably would be an overstatement. At one point they tried to give me another patients dentures. Bore no resemblance to my mouth whatsoever. (Labs fault I was told.) Would you perhaps check the dentures against the mold before you try to jam them in a patients mouth? Then there was the little spike (all I can think of for a comparison) on the inside of the bottom denture. Made me bleed like I had bitten down on a sharp object. Oh wait...I DID! The bottom line is for a couple thousand dollars I now look like a ventriloquist dummy.

Serious lack of communication in this office and they act completely oblivious to it. I left and went to a different practice the following day. As soon as I told them what happened, their response was “you must’ve come from Robson Crossing? All of our patients that came from there said the same thing” wow I wish I would’ve known.

Went in for a test cleaning to see how this office would work with our insurance which covers twice annual standard cleanings. We have received regular dental care elsewhere often 4 times a year. We were informed that a deeper scaling and root planing was necessary at a cost of ~$800 total plus having one tooth pulled. It makes me suspicious but I will research today to compare with other offices. This office is close for us and was highly recommended by a neighbor.

I don't know what magic wand you have at your facility but my fears seem to disappear. It might be the warm and friendly atmosphere or the professional care of the clients. I had an extraction that left a hole between my mouth and nose and causing a little pain. Also, drainage that should go to the throat is passing through that hole in the gums. I notified the dentist on my last visit but she ignored what I was telling her and offered a follow-up.

We have always received excellent care at Robson Crossing Dentistry with DR Andrea Nicola and Staff. Recently there has seemed to be some issue with making appointments . We had called ahead to schedule an appointment for Bob to have his tooth extracted on Monday 29 at 10:30. I did need to call over the weekend to leave a message and to call at 8AM on Monday to get a prescription for antibiotic ,because Bob has had total knee replacements . We went to Kroger to be there at 9AM, when the pharmacy opened to get the prescription because he needed to take the Prescription at 9:30 an hour prior to his appointment. We arrived for the 10:30 appointment for a tooth extraction. After an x ray and Dr Nicola's assessment and treatment plan meeting .Bob did not have any more work done until 12 noon. Bob has had 3 heart surgeries and severe aortic stenosis and was sitting in that chair all that time..When Bob asked why the delay , he was told the appointment scheduled with explicit instructions that he wanted the tooth extracted that day ( and asked if that was possible) He was told that he was only scheduled with time slot for an evaluation not an extraction!!!! We are flexible people and would be available another day if asked but were assured this was scheduled . Dr Nicola did an amazing difficult job extracting the tooth because of decay and we are so grateful for her excellent care.and concern for the patient. I called to schedule the follow up appointment, yesterday and was able to work to get an appointment for Monday January 5th for follow up appointment for Bob and a new patient appointment for me at 1:30. When I called today to confirm, I was told we had 2 separate appointments on 2 different days later in the month .Jill was able to correct and confirm and change the appointments for Monday. So, having these efficiency issues with appointments, my only concern is that patient's request for a particular service, match the time needed for that service .
