Dr. Noel’s staff is as,affable,as he is. He is very good at assuring an apprehensive patient that the ensuing extraction would go well and it did, despite my uncooperative jawbone. On top of that he saw me on the day I broke my tooth, even though, I’d never been to his office, before, After x-rays and a thorough examination, I was given an appointment for the following Monday to have. my cracked tooth extracted. Kudos to my experience at Affable Care.

Im so grateful for finding Dr Rubins. He is a wonderful compassionate Doctor. Took the time to explain all my questions and dental procedures. His staff is wonderful, from scheduling emergency appointment and checking in, to having x-rays, xray tech, she Rocks...to meeting the office manager Edyline, so sweet and efficient and goes out of her way for you. You won't regret coming here!

Honestly very very unhappy with my experience at this dentist office. I'm not listened to, I'm not respected, I honestly feel like this office only cares about making the most money they can. Very money hungry. Not what's best for the patient and what the patient wants. Would rather a patient suffer and live uncomfortably instead of listening and being understanding of thr patients wants and needs. Not to mention you wait months for any type of work to get done. I can never speak freely I am always interrupted and gaslit and FORCED to accept what they want to do. Not what I want as a human being and a patient. I suffer with a bunch of issues and needs LOADS of work in which they'd make a lot of money off my insurance. I am in pain 247 and feel absolutely disgusted with my mouth and I can't even smile, I barely like to even talk to people because I'm so discouraged with my mouth. Your smile and teeth and mouth are everything for first impressions, I have clearly stated all my concerns with the actual dentist, the nurses, the hygienist, and the office manager and the receptionist. This is absolutely unacceptable. It's my body my choice and I'm sick and tired of suffering!!!!! Oh not to mention my 1st apt I waited over 3 hours in the chair for the dentist !!!! Time management is also another thing that lacks in this office.

The cuts throughout my mouth, the pain, the swelling and constant discomfort continues. It has been 4 days since I had the most painful and numerous X-rays I have ever had. I couldn’t believe the tissue damage. It looks like my oral cavity was slashed. The staff was nice but….

The patient should not be moving from room to room. I started in one room and was moved for my exam at the same time another patient was switched. You run the risk of contamination between patients. Dr Ruben did not use an explorer to check my teeth. He just looked in my mouth and charged my insurance for an examination. I used to be a dental assistant.

I wasn’t given much information on how the whole process works after I told them I haven’t had fillings before. I’m not fearful of going to the dentist. So once I was given the anesthetic which they did not inform me when I was being injected or what I was injected with, my heart started pounding and my heart felt heavy. My arms and hand were shaking. I had a whole panic attack. I was told that was a fight or flight response which I am very familiar with because I have PTSD in general. And the dr mentioned that happens with epinephrine. That’s adrenaline… just worried for other peoples future treatments. We should be informed on all drugs being used. Once we got to get the fillings done it went well as far as I know since I don’t know what to expect. The technician was wonderful and tried her best to comfort me. But I could’ve used a lot more information and communication of the procedure. I even asked on the phone prior to the appointment about what to expect and didn’t get an answer.

So far everything has been very good. The receptionist is a delight😊 - so friendly and helpful. The X-ray technician was also quite efficient and friendly. The dentist was amiable and informative. His assistant was pleasant and helpful. The office manager explained the suggested work to be done and said she would be contacting me once she received a response from my insurance company. So now, I am just waiting to hear from her.

After my last visit, I left feeling so good about my bad situation. Because of a medical condition I’ve been dealing with, I have a disposition to bad teeth. I was so nervous about coming to my appointment, but left feeling filled with hope for the first time in long time!! I was so impressed with my experience there from the time I first walked in the door to the time I left. I had to look up the meaning of “Affable”, and the word means EXACTLY what I experienced in everyone that worked there… Affable means friendly, good-natured, and easy to talk to. And that’s exactly what Dr. Rubins Noel and his whole team are. They are all super friendly, caring and kind, and Dr. Noel addressed all of my problems, and presented the best solution I could have hoped for. So if you are looking for a new dentist, or your current dentist isn’t “affable”, come to Affable Dental Care. You will not be disappointed! As for me, it was the best decision I could have made.

Chipped my tooth took 2 months to get in to be seen then was just an exam nothing was fixed $1,500 on my insurance and it's not enough to fix my one tooth greatly disappointed because now I will lose the tooth that holds my partial in so I'm very depressed and said cuz this will change my life more or I won't want to go out or smile anymore my next visit is in 2 months and it's very cleaning by then the tooth will be even worse and I'll have to have it pulled I'm sure cuz I can't afford to fix it thought you guys are very professional and treated me nice it's just so expensive

I have always been afraid of the dentist; like panic attack, hyperventilating, shaking afraid. I would leave previous dentist offices in pain and crying but not here. I don’t have any pain after having fillings done. He had to pull a tooth that broke off and only a sliver poking out of my gum and after the numbing went away I had no pain. I’ve had 2 root canals from Dr. Noël and have had no pain and no complications during or after! He truly is a master of his craft! Dr Noël and his team are fantastic! Very professional and kind, they treat you like family and are so welcoming. I don’t think I will ever go to another dentist; no matter where I move to I will come back to Dr. Noël every time.

I was so impressed with the level of care I received at AffableCare in getting my wisdom teeth out. Firstly, although a miscommunication in scheduling my consultation, the staff was able to still fit me in with little to no wait time. Dr. Noel treated me for an infection at that time, which was missed by a Dentist I had visited the week prior, and was causing me great pain. When it came time for my surgery, Dr. Noel and staff but me at ease before the procedure, and persistently asked about my well being throughout. Although a nerve racking situation and my first time under going any type of surgery, I felt calm and in good hands. I also couldn’t believe that I was done with my procedure in less than an hour! No time was wasted from start to finish. Lastly, I have had little to no pain since coming home from my procedure. Dr. Noel also promptly and knowledgeably answered a question we had after hours, and spent time explaining the answer to our question. I have heard horror stories of wisdom teeth extractions, and Dr. Noel but all of my worries and fears to rest. Thank you Dr. Noel and Staff!

This is the second time this has happened to me. I arrived at 1:52pm for my 2pm appointment to find 6 other patients waiting outside in the cold for the doors to be opened. Why are you locking the patients out in this cold weather when they have appointments at 2pm? Finish lunch by 1:45 if you have patients arriving at 2pm. Then at 2:04pm, the doors opened and the receptionist was scrambling to register 6 people at once. It's rude and inconsiderate to the patients. Most medical practices ask patients to arrive 10 minutes early for paperwork and insurance reasons, but here we are made to stand outside in the cold. I will have to remember not to make afternoon appointments again.

The staff is very kind! The dentist really went above and beyond to make me feel extremely comfortable and helped work with me to get 2 teeth extracted in a way that helped me out so I did not have a panic attack ( because I can't have my throat or tongue feel numb). Overall the entire visit was pretty great! BUT THEN we get to after the extraction... usually the dentist sends you ibuprofen to pick up after right? WRONG! So I had to ask the nurse if he could send it (which is totally fine!) but then when I went to the pharmacy later that night, they didn't have anything sent from the dentist.. fine no big deal I'll call and just go tomorrow.. NOPE! So the next morning I called the pharmacy and still nothing.. so I actually went to the office the that morning and asked if they could please send it over and she said it might be a little bit but she would have him send it as soon as he was free.. again TOTALLY FINE ( even though I'm in extreme pain, I get that he's busy) .. so I call the pharmacy at 5.. nothing.. I call again at 645 (15 mins before they close) NOTHING STILL!!! So now the NEXT DAY I call in the early morning and ask kindly again for them to send.. the woman puts me on hold, comes back after a few minutes and says "I'm so sorry about that he is sending it right now, we are very sorry about that" <--- exactly her words... so within the hour I call the pharmacy AGAIN ... NOTHING THERE!!!!!! I wait a few more hours.. calll .. AGAIN NOTHING.. so around 3pm I call the dentist again.. they don't answer, I leave a message... no call back, STILL NO IBUPROFEN, and I'm in extreme pain because I blew through all the ibuprofen I had already within the 2 weeks I was waiting for my appointment... and yea I can get it at the store, I get that, but I mean that's just ridiculous that I have to beg a dentist to send meds over that they typically send directly after a tooth extraction..

I was extremely nervous about having my root canal. I wanted to revive my tooth because I didn’t want to deal w the pain. I was listening to music to calm my nerves and was literally dancing in my head the entire time I was having my procedure done because I did not feel a single thing. Well I had 5 teeth removed but it took a couple of hours to get done, no fault of the Dr. However, I needed to have some pain meds for the evening time but my pharmacy was closed. I would recommend larger procedures like that be earlier in the day so the patient has enough time to get to the pharmacy

Made me feel relaxed and confident in the work I was getting done. They handled the financial end just as professionally. I was very impressed with how high-tech the office is. Even more I was impressed by how friendly and kind everyone was. Each one I dealt with from receptionist, having x-rays taken, my cleaning $ then seeing the dentist, was extremely caring and making sure of my comfort every step along the way. In my last twenty years of having my teeth cleaned this was the most efficient thorough procedure I have experienced. Although terrified of pain being the baby that I am I felt numbed as the technician went through the procedure with such professionalism that I had to withhold my usual fickle complaints. Very friendly staff! Fast & Efficient, I have never waited longer than 5 minutes upon arrival to be invited into the back and kindly seated in the chair... The hygienists are very good and gentle at what they do, and they don’t cause any discomfort when cleaning my teeth. Dr. Noel is top-notch! Absolutely love this place. Everyone is so nice and friendly, especially Olivia! All of the work I've received was painless, the equipment is more advanced than my previous dentist, and they really make sure you're comfortable the whole time. I am not the easiest patient, usually in tears before it even starts, and I had to get over 5 cavities filled. One of the hygienists brought me a blanket to calm me down! It may seem small but it really helped and made a difference. I won't go anywhere else.

The staff were so friendly and Mrs. Noel was very helpful with getting me a Dental Plan that offset a lot of my cost. I had all my teeth pulled without any pain or anesthetic and my dentures put in the same day. Dr. Noel even called me at 9:30pm to make sure I was doing well, what great service! Excellent customer service, went the extra mile with assisting me in switching to their practice and figuring out my insurance coverage, friendly and welcoming, very thorough and informative. First appointment took a little long because of everything being electronic/computerized and needing to wait in-between for a 2nd person to do data entry, but like the idea of everything being high-tech. Everything appeared new and very clean. They made me feel comfortable and kept me informed through the process of x-rays and cleaning. Plenty of parking in their lot. I would recommend them to family and friends and plan to return.

dr. noel is always kind and caring and he explains things in a way you understand. he has done a lot of dental work for me, including crowns and repairing old fillings to cavities. his work is like art, my crowns look like real teeth, and he always gets my bite right which used to be a big problem for me. can't say enough about him or his staff. they make it a good experience.
