All the people in the office were helpful and answered questions from me. During the crown procedure the workers were very careful to help by giving short times to the placing of the temporary crown. It made the whole procedure less painful and easier to endure.

Be been going to Dr Ramos for years. When I first went I had to get a deep cleaning which was not fun. I vowed to keep up with regular cleaning and his office had made that easy. Now I go and rarely have any issues with my teeth. I did have to have 2 wisdom teeth pulled and he referred me to another excellent doctor.

Visits with Dr. Ramos are more like going to visit old friends rather than a dentist appointment. He and his staff always have time to talk, have great demeanors, and don’t try to sell you anything you don’t need. He handled my orthodontics and veneers almost 10 years ago, and everything has held up amazingly.

I always feel a very caring attitude from the workers there when I go to my appointment. From the dental hygienist to the doctor people ask questions about my situation and seem very caring about my answers. There is also an upbeat feeling which is good since (maybe like most people) I don't care much to go to doctors. Yet it's made more pleasant in this office!

Last year, I had an appointment with a relatively young dentist (probably in the infancy of her practice) who gave me an alarming referral to a dental oncologist. I contacted Dr. Ramos’ office (in somewhat of a panic) to get a second opinion. Dr. Ramos saw me the following morning and immediately detected ‘no oral cancer’. While I appreciate the younger dentist being overly cautious, it is such a relief to be in the hands of ‘ACTUAL EXPERIENCE’. His staff is genuine and accommodating - no pretense or posturing – just straight up good people. Found my forever dentist - Dr. Ramos’ office is not close to where I live or work but worth the drive…everytime!

Dr. Ramos and his staff are amazing. I had an amazing mom moment yesterday. I got my kids out of school for all of us to go to our dentist appointment. I get to the office and about 2 minutes into my cleaning the hygienist mentions that only I have an appointment. After I recover from my face-plant moment she lets me know that it is ok, she will do her best to fit them in while we were there. Needless to say, we all got our teeth cleaned and checked by Dr. Ramos. A big thank you to everyone over there. Y'all were amazing!

The Katy Freeway Location is absolutely amazing! The staff make you feel like family I called for an appointment with tooth pain and they saw me that same day, brought me in took X-rays, and did a thorough check. They diagnosed what was wrong gave me some samples, an RX, and so directions for an OTC product and got me taken care of. After following their directions I woke up the very next morning with no pain. As someone who has has other dentist completely screw up fillings that lead to root canals, I can say first hand that Dr. Ramos and Dr. Johnson really know what they are doing! I will never visit a different dentist office again, this place is amazing!

Excellent experience. Started from the minute I walked in l was greeted until the minute I left. Dr. Johnson's xray and diagnose helped save a tooth I thought I would have to get extracted only to have it saved .Yea!! I didn't get the lady's name that was there too. She was FANTASTIC. She gave good advice and helped me out when it was time to pay. I have an upcoming appointment and I can't wait. Staff is excellent and I will continue to come here for all dental needs. Thank all.

Dr Ramos has been my dentist for over 20 years. They have always done what is necessary and NEVER pushed me to do other dental work. I am now retired and on social security and Dr Ramos still takes care of my teeth. He is very conservative and we discuss the options if and when dental care is needed. Presently I pay directly for the service provided. Beverly is wonderful and always willing to accommodate and is very helpful.

After my cleaning w/hygienist, I found out Dr. Johnson isn't in the clinic. So Dr. Kno saw me and was looking at my X-rays that were taken six mths ago. He told me that I need root canal on No. 13. I was shocked as Dr. Johnson never mentioned this to me. I want Dr. Johnson opinion before I do anything. If Dr. Johnson didn't mention root canal looking at X-rays six mths ago, I'm doubting I need one. It's confusing. Also they're over charging, we were asked to pay $394.00 cleaning for me and my husband. That's crazy, I paid $266.00 for both of us and didn't pay for Dr. assessment. That is always part of the deal after 6 mths cleaning.

I really appreciate them a lot. I get complements on my nice smile and I always give Dr. Ramos credit because he's who is responsible for my pretty smile and white teeth. My son Grady has been going to him since his baby teeth came in and walks right in, no problem! We are in and out, no fuss. They are kind and professional, and are located is a fantastic location! I’ve been going to Dr Ramos for about 14 years. Such great staff! Nothing fancy but I’ve always felt that I’m listened to as a patient and my teeth have been well cared for. They never push extra services as I’ve experienced in other offices. And they always squeeze me in when I have to reschedule appointments due to work or if I have an emergency.
