I always get nervous before my dental appointments, but I find only friendliness and caring people when I go in. That helps a lot. I was a bit worried to see a new dental hygienist this time, but she is wonderful and I'm glad she is taking care of me. And as a person who is sensitive to heat, I appreciated her fan!

Upon my last appointment on March 14th I made sure to express my displeasure of the cleaning procedure that has aggravated my gum tissues that took months to recover from after my August 2021 appointment. I am now experiencing this trauma again after the March appointment. Can you please see that the cleaning procedure equipment is carefully sanitized and that the technician is aware that there is displeasure. I have never experienced the gum irritation like this before. I would like to use this platform to request a new technician for my next visit. This will again take several months to clear up. Dr. Minniear spent a lot of time with me on my first visit to examine my teeth and go over my x-rays, explaining things fully. The hygienist doing the cleaning did a competent job. My most recent visit was supposed to be a cleaning and exam but when I got there I was told the doctor was not in because of a funeral. I wish they had called to reschedule my appointment.

The wait time has never been long, and I have been a patient at this office for over 10 years. The hygienists are all very friendly. His office is beautiful and he does a great job. However I know he could update his equipment somewhat, only because I have a friend who goes to a different dentist and they have digital/3D stuff for making crowns onsite. No need to use a lab.

I had a fear, from childhood experiences, about dentists and pain, but everyone in this office is so nice and comforting; I actually look forward to going. They put me at ease and I am never in pain. I can tell they all enjoy working together too. It's evident in the way they interact.

Whenever I visit this office, I am greeted with kindness, professionalism, and I always receive great service. My dental hygienist is a very special person. Cancer has afflicted my now deceased dad and sister, and now my younger brother. I feel supported and encouraged whenever we talk about them. Dr. Minniear is by far the best dentist I have ever gone too, which is why I have continued to use his services for so many years.

Dr Minniear and his staff are great! I have been with him and the same hygienist for a number of years. I absolutely love her. She is through, gentle, professional and very knowledgeable about her job. I trust Dr Minniear with my dental health and highly recommend him to anyone who wants an enjoyable experience as well as good service in a warm, friendly, clean environment with a short wait time.

Just had my initial visit with Dr. Minniear. It did take more time than I thought it would but they had to do a complete exam with XRays, cleaning, and build my chart. Friendly staff, clean, positive atmosphere. Looking forward to having this place be my longterm dental provider! (I left another dentist and I am very optimistic.
