I had no problem with the doctor and staff. They are very nice to me. The hard part is hard to get in touch by phone. Most of the time, no one answering the phone. I left a message to call me back . No one call me back . If I had problems on my tooth. I can’t reach anyone, that’s the hard part. Hope they can make a way to have good communication with their patients through phones.

Dr. Dyer is a well established dentist in the Florissant community and has been our family dentist for many years. We've continued to have Dr. Dyer take care of our dental work even after we moved to Illinois a few years ago. Why? Because he and his staff are just that good! Dr. Dyer along with all his staff are very good. They all treat you with the utmost courtesy and kindness. I have been going to this Dental group for over 50 years. Started with Dr. Hudson in Hampton Village in St. Louis, Mo. and when Dr. Dyer took over the business I then went to him.

Dr Dyer and his team are simply the best. He actually cares about his patients, and will take the time to explain anything that is asked. You can see his influence on everyone that works there as the rest of his team is also the same way that he is. Equally important is the skill that he has. Whatever the problem is, they give options, and then take care of it. It seems like every time I visit them, there is some kind of newer process/technology that even makes it better than before.

The hygienist was extremely rough when scaling and flossing. I have never left your facility with such a sore mouth. She also rushed through the flossing which made it hurt more and the polishing was sloppy. I’m use to the other hygienist doing one tooth at a time. This one went really quickly through the entire arcade.

I have been a patient of Dr. Dyer's for almost 40 years... and during all of that time, I have honestly not had a single bad experience in his office. Dr. Dyer & his team of dental hygienists & admins are extremely professional, friendly, & really care about their patients. I honestly feel like a member of their practice family... and after 35+ years, I guess I am. I started seeing Dr. Dyer when I was high school and even though I've moved around over the years, I continue to see the Dr. a couple times a year - driving almost 45 minutes to their office in Florissant. I was not blessed with perfect teeth, so maintaining a healthy smile has always been exetrmely important to me & I would not trust any other practice with my oral health. I'm grateful to Dr. Dyer and his team for everything that they've done for me over the years - thanks!!

Dr Dyer is absolutely great. He goes out of his way to explain everything. Some dentists /doctors have good "bedside" manners and ACT like they care about you. That is fine, but I think that Dr. Dyer actually DOES care-- which you can see in his actions. I am very lucky to have found him as my dentist as I have been going to him for over 20 years now.

I had a new technician & I didn’t appreciate her lectures. Enough said and in the end it is still my decision. I also thought the tech was very rough. Well I HIGHLY recommend the annual fluoride treatment. I'm not a three times a day brusher and it's been a while since my last cavity. Many new faces and just as professional as the retirees. Dr. Dyer, I had planned to reach out to the office today but received this so I figured I would leave feedback via here. Honestly, my teeth cleaning experience yesterday was not good. It was rough and borderline painful. I also didn't leave feeling like my mouth was clean and fresh like every other teeth cleaning. The polishing portion was so quick that it barely seemed like it was adequately done. I've had jaw pain like into my check today from my appt. yesterday, bothersome enough that I took IBUs for it. I was planning to call today to ask my next appt. be changed to a different hygienist. While she was very nice and friendly, I did not care for how she cleaned my teeth. Another small detail, I wasn't taken back until 20 minutes past my appt. time. I realize things happen, and it could have easily been another patient's fault for running late and backing things up, but I've never had any issues with my teeth-cleaning appts. and having to wait so just thought I would make mention of that as well.

Our family has been going to Dr Dyer's office for over 30 years. We have never had a negative experience. The knowledge and expertise of Dr. Dyer and his staff is excellent and all of the staff are welcoming, truly care about our health and are fun to talk to. The office hours meet our needs - Saturdays and late hours during certain days of the week. A one way trip to the dentist office is approximately 40 minutes in great traffic. But both my husband and I and our 4 kids don't mind the trip because of the service provided. The team is awesome with kids.

It's true!!! but it helps the doctor when we're relaxed and the gas does just that. Seems like every visit there's a new piece of equipment or technique he's using that's been perfected. One last, and it means a lot to me. The doctor and his professional assistants are very careful to keep the tools of the trade from pinching your lips between the tool and my teeth. We've all had that happen, but not here.

5 Stars! I have been going to Dr. Dyer since I was a little girl. When I moved from Florissant to Wentzville I didn't like the idea of the drive to see the dentist. I wasn't blessed with the best of teeth, so visiting the dentist is a frequent part of my life. So, I tried to find one near my home and it just wasn't the same. Dental work isn't the most "positive" experience, however, Dr. Dyer and his staff do everything they can to make your dental visit a good one. Dr. Dyer us a perfectionist and if he feels that he hasn't done everything in his power to correct the problem you're having or make sure that your teeth look perfect, then he works on you until he's satisfied. Rest assured, if he is running behind, he'll spend as much time necessary on you as well! He doesn't rush, he thoroughly explains what he is doing, and he is the best!!! Dr. Dyer is the kindest, most caring, knowledgeable person I know in his field and there is a reason he is booked solid for weeks!

It often seems that with many doctors and other professionals that help to keep my family healthy, I either really like the provider but dislike the way the office is managed or love the staff but not so much the professional. Dr. Dyer, your practice has got it all. Your office is professionally managed and always accommodates me and my fickle ways . You and every single member of your staff are AMAZING and I always talk you up whenever conversations turn toward dental health; which, surprisingly, is more than one might think! And I like the "palm-greasing" for referrals (tee hee)!

Been seeing Dr. Dyer for like 40 yrs. 2 generations of my family. He is a great dentist and every one in the office is very nice. They have always takien care of all of us very well through the years and been patient through some tough times. I would highly recommend them to any one in need of a dental physician.
