All the staff are friendly and courteous and very helpful. The hygienists that my daughter and I had are very thorough and delightful ladies. Dr. Bell is a first class dentist, who is prepared to talk over different aspects, problems and ways to solve the problems that both my daughter and I have. I’ve been here for 6 years. Everyone in the office is nice and we always have pleasant conversations. They seem to care about you and like to relate to their patients. Only have had one concerning interaction but that assistant didn’t last long and I’m sure it was because she didn’t fit their expectations, which is a good thing! It shows!

I saw Tori for the first time Tuesday. She did a great job, took her time & made sure I was doing ok. She has a terrific personality which helps when I go to the dentist! Dr. Bell and Dr. Civils are amazing. I am typically am very nervous at the dentist. When I met Dr. Bell two years ago, he helped me feel comfortable and was extremely kind. I recently had a cavity filled with Dr. Civils and I cannot recommend her enough. From the very first point of contact, everyone I spoke with in this office was friendly and so kind. The dentist office is my least favorite place to be, and they made me feel so comfortable. They made sure to talk about everything they planned to do, and made sure to let me know it was ok if we needed a break. I just came in for a cleaning, but once we got started I realized I wasn’t as anxious as I would have normally been. I am so glad I found this office!

I was reluctant to switch from my previous dentist to Dr. Bell; however, I did make the switch. I must say I was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff is and how welcoming they are as well. I was also amazed at the advanced technology that is used within the office. Dr Bell took the time to explain the CBCT machine, which does 2D and 3D images. Dr Bell also used the dental imagery on a large screen to explain exam findings and path forward. BTW….I never leave reviews but Dr Bell and Crew were to good not to mention.

I'm almost 64 and Dr. Bell is the best dentist I've ever had. He is super nice and is happy to answer questions and explain things. If you are unsure as to why something is needed or being done, just ask. He will show you on your images. Another thing I love is that he has a machine in-office to make crowns. No more getting a temporary crown and then having to come back 2 weeks later for the permanent new one. (I've even been allowed to watch as my crowns are being made.) His hygienists and staff are also excellent.

I love this dentist office. The staff is really what makes this place so great! Although my dentist retired, I was just introduced to Dr. Civils who is such a delight! Every 6 months, Kathy gives me a reminder call and is always happy to discuss insurance and scheduling questions. Tori is THE SWEETEST, most down to earth human and I enjoy my dental cleanings so much because of her gentle touch and honest conversation. I have great trust in Meagan and Dr. Civils. After working with Jo and Dr. Howe for over 20 years, I was worried that I would not find new personnel to equal their care. This was my third time to see Megan and the second time to see Dr. Civils. I appreciate the care and consideration they both afforded me. I also was worried about actually going for my semi-annual cleaning and checkup but was assured every aspect would be safe--and it was. I appreciated the fact that they came to my car. I was ushered into the room immediately, and all kinds of proper equipment and protection was offered. I felt very safe. I made my next appointment easily. I appreciated the fact that they will see me on Thursday at 7 AM.

Fortunately I've found the best dentist and staff in town. Dr. Howe and team value my time and I never feel as though I'm being told I need some dental procedure that doesn't provide value. Dr. Howe rocks! And Megan is super efficient and I don't leave with my mouth feeling all "roughed up." And then there is Cathy....who greets me with a smile and is uber pleasant (not to mention that she deals with my snarky personality quite well). Bottom line.....great team of people. I don't know how they've dealt with me for so many years. Cheers to you all.

This was my first time in this location but I've been a patient of Dr. Howe's for over 7 years now. First, I love my hygienist, Tori! She is so sweet, knowledgeable, and upfront with areas I need to focus on. I truly appreciate the efficiency of Dr. Howe, she comes in, looks around, tells me whats up and I'm out of there. I know sometimes we have to wait a little longer for Dr. Howe to get to my room and I've had to wait in the waiting room a few minutes after my scheduled appointment time which can get annoying but I understand these things happen. I've enjoyed my time at Dr. Howe's old office location and am happy to see so much of her staff again at the new location!

It was the professionalism provided by the entire staff. The eagerness of Trisha, office manager, to take my money. Sherri, the dental assistant, who really is fantastic at her craft. Sherri you really do excellent work. And lastly the dentist who goes by the name Bell, Dr Travis Bell. I'm 66, and he is in his late thirties. I thought there would be some conflict because of his youth and my disdain for youth. This was a three-hour procedure with more to come. During that course in time I learned that youth combined with knowledge can not be beat. I give this man a perfect score. He is still learning and wishes to share that knowledge without coming across as a braggart. He is humble and excellent at the same time. I think that is the best way to describe him.

I had sort of an emergency with the weekend coming up and wasn't sure what was even wrong with my tooth. Even though they were very busy, they still made time to see me and take care of my problem---an loose filling. Dr. Bell said it probably was a good thing I called and came in because the filling probably would have fallen out over the weekend. Dr. Bell apologized that I had to wait for a while until they could take care of me. I thanked them for seeing me on such short notice and now my tooth looks great.

I appreciate the level of care I received from both Carla and Dr. Bell! Not only did they put me completely at ease after I explained my anxiety from a not-so-ideal visit at my old clinic, but they also made me feel no shame for a lapse in my care due to my extreme anxiety.
