Just had my first visit here and it was amazing! To begin: the ladies on the phone were very nice when I was scheduling my apt, they were so kind and helpful when I arrived, and they helped me find some glasses I absolutely love! The Dr. was very kind & respectful, very thorough, and made sure I left without any questions or concerns! It was small, personal, and so welcoming! I will definitely keep going here.

This is my second year going to Travis Street Optical. In all my past experiences, any type of doctor I go to, I expect to sit in a waiting room for 30 minutes and then another 30 awaiting the doc. Not here. They get you in immediately. The eye doctor was very thorough and if you have “bad vision” - he doesn’t torment you with the burning furnace shining in your eyeballs for more than 10 seconds. I love going here. The ladies at the front desk are such nice people as well. I was hoping the same girl would be there that was there a year ago to help me pick out my glasses, and Hallelujah, she was! The staff make the experience of an appointment & picking out glasses enjoyable. I appreciate you ladies & I recommend this business 100%!

I have been a patient here for years and they consistently provide the highest customer service. Staff are friendly, welcoming, and proficient. Dr. Morgan is amazing and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend Travis Street Optical.

Very impressed with Travis Street Optical! This was my first time here after moving from out of state. I was seen right on time after being greeted in a very friendly manner. Paperwork was minimal. The exam was stress free and the doctor was not rushed. He made sure all my questions were answered. The staff was helpful in selecting frames as well. Excellent experience!

Travis Street Optical is the best of the best. From the time you walk in the door, during your exam and after you are treated like you are their top priority. Dr. Morgan does a thorough exam and makes sure all your questions are answered before he walks you out of the exam room. As they strive to keep COVID-19 guidelines in place, this office still manages to be friendly and welcoming. I felt very comfortable and confident as the office workers took care of insurance and pre-exam procedures. Dr. Morgan was engaging and honest, made me feel completely at ease, and laid my cataract surgery fears to rest! I highly recommend this office.

The young lady brought my new glasses to the car (expensive new glasses). She had no mask on but was going to adjust etc my new glasses. Got home they r crooked which means i have to go back and have someone come out to my car again. All this and no mask crooked glasses and nothing to ck and see if the trifocals were accurate. I had to have glasses b/c mine broke but i will think twice about going to this place again.

First of all, the office is clean and decorated nicely. The ladies upfront were super sweet and helpful from the very start when I made my appointment to the very last moment I was there. The doctor was amazing and made me feel comfortable and talked me through the entire process. I even had tests done that I hadn’t had with previous eye exams with prior dr. I definitely found my new eye place and I strongly recommend Travis Street Optical.

I am so pleased with the amazing customer service. Dr. Morgan was very informative when giving the exam as well as after. He answered all the questions I had and made sure I understood his explanations. The wonderful lady at the front desk assisted me with picking out a pair of glasses that I am extremely happy with. She made sure I was aware of the payment options available as well as the extra options available for the lenses.

This was my second annual visit to Travis Street Optical and I will definitely be going for a third. The doctor listened to what I had to say and took his time to explain his findings. The staff were courteous, professional and very skilled in helping me find the perfect frames to fit my personality and style. They never rush you but somehow manage to keep appointments running on time. I will continue to use Travis Street Opitical as my choice for eye care.

My annual exam at Travis Street Optical was outstanding in every way. The reception staff greeted with a smile- very welcoming. The optometry tech was super efficient and pleasant. All the diagnostic machines were comfortable and well explained. Dr. Morgan is fantastic- very professional and pleasant. Answered all my questions, and performed my exam in an easy manner- totally comfortable!! I feel very confident with my vision and eye health. Thank you to a great team!! Oh, forgot to mention the super neat assistant who adjusted my glasses-always smiling!!

Everybody was so nice! I've been to other optometrists in the area and I felt like I was part of an assembly line- the doctor rushes through the exam, doesn't encourage questions, doesn't explain anything. It's not like that at all at Travis Street Optical. Everyone I encountered seemed like they actually cared I was there. If you're looking for a new eye doctor, this is the place to go!

Dr Morgan always takes the time to fully explain your situation. My entire family sees Dr Morgan and I’ve recommended him to many other people. I recently brought my MIL to him. She is 90 and has dementia. I was amazed at how he explained everything to her on her level.

I was greeted promptly by very friendly staff and was impressed with the time the doctor spent with me. He was thorough and answered all my questions with confidence and courtesy. The employee who helped me pick out my frames was awesome; she knew exactly what I was looking for and took the time to insure that I was completely satisfied with the frames she fitted me for. Love the staff at Travis Street . Always friendly courteous and professional. And Dr Brett Ringger is exceptional. Not only great in his field but compassionate and caring. I have a very complex situation with a tumor near my optic nerve. He works hand in hand with my Neurosurgeon and Radiation specialist in Dallas very closely. Not only does he take care of my eyes I know he also prays for me. Dr Ringger is a strong man of faith and I feel we need more bold Christian Drs. Love TSO and Dr Ringger!!

This is a great practice with great doctors and staff! Dr. Ringger gives so much confidence and really takes care of his patients!! The staff is so professional and accommodating. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

I always enjoy my visits, the person that I was with had never seen an eye exam done before, and during the initial exams, the tech explained to him what she was doing and what the tests were for. I had previously gone to EyeMart's offices for my exam, but they messed up my prescription so often that I needed another place to go, and I'm so glad I found you guys. My prescription is always correct, and Dr. Morgan is very good at making sure any and all questions are answered. Although I did not purchase my frames in your office this time, I have before and they were awesome.

The office is easy to locate - right off Travis Street near hwy 75 in Sherman. If you require typical testing and prescription lenses they do a good job. Perhaps as the technician is doing the testing (glaucoma, etc) maybe he/she should explain what the tests are for. They also sell eyeglass frames, but I find them to be much more expensive than the discount "box stores".

She asked me for a list of medications but no one asked me to bring that with me, so I didn't have it. I suggest you include that in your reminder text messages you send out. Dr. Ringger is an excellent doctor and I frequently recommend him.

I'm very impressed and satisfied with the service. Staff did an excellent job on understanding my insurance benefits, to ensure I got the maximum benefit from my plan & worked to get my cost where I needed it to be, or could better explain what my options were & how that impacted my out of pocket cost.

I chose this office because I have a young son who doesn't know his ABC's well yet. This office if the only one I've found who caters to my small children. What a wonderful environment. The ladies even let him use some of the equipment to help him feel more comfortable and take any fears away he may have had. Great staff!!
