Dr. Xu explained every question I asked. She offered very good treatment plans and recommended the best plan. She and her team were very friendly and professional. They were very attentive to my concerns and let me feel comfortable.

I really enjoyed the service provided by the UDA Jones Franklin office on yesterday! The entire staff was kind, caring, knowledgeable and professionally responsive to my needs. Dr Ling Xu and her dental assistant were especially good [kind, patience & thorough] and knowledgeable at what they do!

The front desk clerks greeted me as I entered the office. I completed the required paperwork. Assistant was provided when needed. The nurse and dentist were very helpful and knowledgeable in explaining my dental problems. X-rays were taken to better understand my dental problem. The Dentist provided detailed information about the dental problems that needed to be corrected. I was scheduled for several other visit to prepare the dental problems that I presented them with. I was pleased with the findings and is looking forward of having my dental work completed by the dentist.

Dr.Manhas did treatment the same day, which allowed me to get out of pain. Also, his dental assistant was the sweetest and most patient person I’ve ever met. Even though the weather was terrible and everyone left home they both stayed late to take care of me as a patient.
