It's a warm and welcoming environment. The process was efficient and the employee that guided me through the eye tests explained each step well. The doctor explained my tests results and options, allowing me to ask questions without feeling hurried. I also appreciated another employee helping me select new frames. I have already recommended your clinic.

With a lifetime of very poor vision, it is crucial to trust your eye care provider. I have been under the care of Dr. Westrum for nearly 20 years. I always feel confident after my exam. Dr. Westrum not only cares for his patients vision needs, he goes the extra mile showing kindness and compassion. His office staff were very helpful with answering all my questions and evening emailed my new prescription for my convenience. Thanks for a getting me in last minute, and helping me take care of my vision needs! It made my day!

If you are Diabetic and need eye care, this is the place to go! Dr Wetrum has the extra training on what to look for with the eyes and Diabetes. The practice is associated with the American Diabetes Association.

I always feel well taken care of at Westrum Optometry. The wide range of tests that are run and examinations done is great. I never feel like I am being rushed through my appointment, and everyone is open and willing to answer any questions I have. I never leave with any questions or feelings of uncertainty about my vision health.

We love Dr. Joel and Dr. Jesse! The entire staff are so helpful and efficient! Love the extra clean office and up to date equipment. We had an emergency situation in which my husband was seen on the weekend and helped with a torn retina. We were truly thankful for the extra time and care Dr. Westrum took in going above and beyond. Thanks so much!

The team at Westrum Optometry is terrific and efficient. The front desk knows their stuff and is great with insurance and any questions you may have. The selection of glasses is great. Dr. Joel and Dr. Jesse (both are Dr. Westrum, they're brothers) are both excellent with patients of all ages and are very thorough and explain things well. The team works so well together that you will be in and out within an hour or less and your appointment will start on time. Best part - the entire team is bilingual- it's so refreshing to see a specialty medical office fully cater to those who speak Spanish. I think it's great!

I love Westrum and have been going there for years. They have the feel of a small business, but in a big city. The staff is always welcoming and accommodating, and Dr. Joel is also very friendly and knowledgeable. Their selection of frames is great and the pricing ranges from very affordable to what I would consider average at most eyeglass shops. Highly Recommend!

Dr Joel is excellent. I trust him 100% a recent eye exam showed that I needed a shot in the eye and the Dr that he recommended was superb. I have been able to walk in and get my eyes examined in a reasonable time with out and appointment.

Happy that you have an online presence. Due to insurance stipulations I had to submit to exams from anther provider for a period of time. However, when I needed an exam this time, I looked for your office onlineand found you(still at same place). Ihen checked with my new insurance, to make sure you were a network provider and immediately scheduled an appointment. You're having a website made this process much simpler
