I have had dental issues throughout my life and believe me when I say that finding an excellent dentist and practice is crucial to patient outcomes and satisfaction. Shouldn't getting a crown cause some sort of discomfort? This wasn't my first but somehow with Dr. Dapper you have to wonder if all the time spent in my mouth was real. Today, almost 24 hours later, even with the temporary crown, everything feels perfect. I suppose I could have dreamed the whole thing but then there's the receipt. I'm confused. Maybe I'm still dreaming. If only there were just a twinge of pain.

Dr. Dapper is just like one of the family - every time I open my mouth around him I'm in trouble. I'm old enough, and have moved enough, to have encountered a lot of dentists, some, I felt, were superb. Those, alas, have lost that description. Dr. Dapper redefines "superb." While others may strive for perfection, Dr. Dapper is the definition. That perfection extends to his staff. Full disclosure: there is one, small, downside. I have stopped flossing, and only brush occasionally. When you find a dentist this good, you want to maximize the opportunities to receive his care.

I look forward to going to the dentist. It starts with Rosa in the front office. She is always gracious, helpful and very good at her job. Tish does a great job cleaning my teeth and giving me advice about dental hygiene. Dr. Dapper is always upbeat and very competent. His assistants are all top notch, and the entire staff is friendly and dedicated to us. My family and I are very fortunate to have such a terrific dental practice.

Honestly, when you come in contact with a truly knowledgeable, caring professional you know it. Not just by the expert work and the terrific ability to explain a very complicated subject, but with the level of caring displayed by both the doctor and his staff. Not only did my fear in facing the consequences of dental damage from another dentist disappear but I am getting the expert help to solve a huge problem created by that previous dentist. Emotional support is just as much a part of healing as technical expertise, and anyone who has been through a serious condition knows this fact of life. Dr. Dapper is a dentist who has both sides of the healing process going strong. Someone who can be trusted. Thank you!

Dr. Bill Dapper and his skilled team removed one of my bridges that is next to a wisdom tooth that spans FOUR teeth. This is very difficult to do since the bridge is next to my cheek and tongue as well. A replacement bridge is on its way but the removal of the decayed bridge took over THREE HOURS! I'm convinced that you cannot find a more professional and competent dental team anywhere! They are THE BEST because they really care that you can keep your teeth in excellent shape for a long, long time; next week I'll be celebrating my 89th birthday! Norm Abbod

What fun is having two crowns replaced if you can't even feel it happening? I mean, really. You pay good money and not even a sore jaw after the anesthesia wears off. Of course, maybe there wasn't any anesthesia. I didn't feel that either. Maybe he just held the drill in my mouth for two hours. Had to be. Nobody is THAT good.

I have had dentists around the country while traveling in my husband's USMC career, and everytime I get to go back to Dr. Dapper he fixes what the other dentists missed or messed up,,,,MY MOUTH! I recently had a crown fall off and this tooth was borderline savable and in need of implant if we could not get crown back on. Dr Dapper goes above and beyond in every way to do what is best for his patients! In my case it was a lot of extra work for him to keep my tooth/crown and he did it anyway! This is the second time Dr. Dapper was not available to see me at my cleaning visit. I requested to know what my next steps should be, but I have not been contacted. My hygienist was outstanding. However, I requested a phone consult. I do not have time for a second visit when one visit should have given me the information I need. If Dr. Dapper was not available to see me, the appointment should have been rescheduled. Everyone's time is valuable. I am actually reticent about leaving this review because Dr. Dapper is an outstanding dentist with outstanding staff that I really like.I would like to continue going to Dapper Dentistry. However, it was a waste of my time to go to an appointment without being able to see my dentist. This problem can be easily remedied. Either do a phone consult after the cleaning or reschedule if Dr. Dapper is not available. An e-mail follow up is also acceptable. By the way, I love the wonderful staff. They are very nice.

Do not have to hide my name from anyone. The dental hygenist Chris did a perfect cleaning on my teeth. She had also advised me last time to use Toms tooth paste and maybe an omega 3 and vitamin B1. In talking yesterday I asked about calcium pill she had also advised last time and today I picked up calcium calm. She did tell me I had made significant gains from last visit on my dental health. I had started to use gum brush along with tongue cleaner. Sometimes when we listen it really pays. So thank you for everything and for getting me back on tract. Nance Crowley

He is gentle and does not want any of his patients to feel any pain. I have had a lot of work done over the years and never once have I endured any discomfort. They are simply the best.

I am very satisfied with the thoroughness of the cleaning procedures used by the hygienist. I do, however, object the the continued pressure to purchase additional ones (unnecessary x-rays, etc.). I've been associated with several dental offices during my nearly 79 years and never have I been subjected to such pressure. It causes me to avoid coming on a regular basis.

Dr Dapper is a great dentist. I love that he is conservative and always uses the least invasive route. My teeth are now straight and I love my Inman Aligner. It is better than braces because of quicker results, less cost and let's be real, no braces on my teeth! I highly recommend Dr. Dapper for all you dental needs.

I met Dr. Dapper in an emergency: I was in a lot of pain and had complications from an implant. Dr. Dapper with his kindness and knowledge diminished my stress. The treatment was efficient and followed by phone calls and appointment as should be expected from a phisician with excellent manners . I never know what my cost will be until I step up to the reception desk upon exit. I came in for a cleaning but didn't realize (or forgot?) that I was also "due" for full x-rays and exam. Also, I didn't realize the "floride varnish" was an additional charge of over $50. I think costs should be stated before the work is agreed. (Sort of like a waiter telling you the specials but not the price...it's always nice to know the cost beforehand.)
