I struggled a lot to learn how to properly put contacts in-- I had to make four separate appointments because, each time, my eyes would get so irritated from trying to put them in. However, with extensive help from the staff, I was able to learn how to successfully put in and take out my contacts. Thank you, Xceptional Eyecare!

The eye exam which I had on my last visit on July 25, 2018 was an excellent one as I have half yearly or annually with my prime ophthalmologist at Winfield Moody Health Center. I feel that the examiners of this facility have ample information and experience to take care their customers.

Me and my sister were thirteen minutes late to our appointment. The people at the front desk led me to different rooms before seeing the eye doctor. The man at the front desk helped me after the machine for taking pictures of my eyes wouldn't work when the lady at the front desk was handling the machine. The man told me I wouldn't have to pay anything for the new lenses. He talked to me about reflecting lights on the lenses of the glasses that I would need for college since I would be staring at a computer practically every day in college. The eye doctor told me she recommended new lenses. She also told me that I would need to wear my glasses more often than just sometimes to help prevent further damage to my eyes.

I had another wonderful, very thorough experience(this is my 3rd year). Dr Trangdai-Hoang never rushes my exam and makes sure I understand how my eyes are doing. Samra at the front desk is so friendly and welcoming. Samra has always double checked to make sure that I have no questions about the lens or frames that I purchase. Definitely those two are the main reason I continue to go back to Xceptional Eyecare.

My overall experience was really great. The only thing I'd say is that when I got there, the young lady who greeted us was a bit rude. She seemed like she was in a hurry and appeared annoyed that she had to address us. Other than for this minor thing, Dr. Houang and Mr. Tran were really great, patient, and explained everything clearly. I'd definitely recommend this place and definitely see myself returning here for my eye care needs!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Hoang explained clearly the medical implications of what she found in the exam. The prescription sunglasses I ordered entailed a higher out-of-pocket cost than I had hoped for, but I understand that this is due to the limitations of my insurance plan. We are lucky to have this "Xceptional" office in our neighborhood.

This place is VERY nice and clean. The people that work there were very friendly. Pricing is pretty fair. By far the best eye place I've ever been to. I would so recommend all my four eyed friends and family to come here. Not only them but anyone that's looking for a great place to go to.
