I had a new doctor today and she was wonderful. Timing was good - the young lady that performed my pre-testing was not as cordial as before, but perhaps having a bad day. I was blest to go on a trunk month which allowed me a good discount - very thankful for that.

Dr. Yaryan and all the doctors always take enough time to address my eyesight and any issues I might have. I never feel rushed. 10 years ago, Dr. Yaryan saved my right eye when my retina suddenly detached. He wasted no time in getting me into emergency surgery and I will be forever grateful for that.

Dr Speers was wonderful! The gal that checked my pressure and obtained retina photos was cold and border-line rude and rough. The check out process was a lot of confusion. Nancy Kinder was gracious and kind but was rudely interrupted by other staff while trying to help. I felt sorry for her. I called in later same day after trying the samples recommended. The staff member was unable to answer my questions on cost and rebate stating someone would call be right back. Five days later no call. I called and spoke to Alicia today she couldn’t tell me who was working the day I was there. She honestly acted as if she could care less. After 40+ years (former Weiner pt) I think we will be making a change.

I have loved my Yaryan experience, until this visit. When I arrived there was a sign stating lunch was from 12-1. My appointment was at 12:50. I did not receive notification of this and had to wait 10 mins to be allowed in and then another 5 mins to be seen. No one apologized for this. I understand staffing problems happen but a call, text, or at the least an apology for the wait should have been given. Also the two girls in the front were too busy chatting to greet me and get me my chart. I love the doctors and the eyewear techs but I’m not impressed with the front desk staff.

The staff is very friendly and professional. I suffered with poor vision for years and was not able to find a vision solution that could correct the issue untill Dr. Yaryan suggested I try a special type of contact lense. The new lenses have been a life changer / saver allowing me to see more clearly than I have in years. Most recently one of my lenses snapped in half leaving me virtually blind again. The Yaryan team worked hard to get me into the office, examined and a new set of lenses ordered and shipped expeditiously to get me seeing well as fast as possible. Thank You Yarian Team!

The doctors and staff are wonderful. I did have one complaint and that is, if I have a balance due from a previous visit, please email or snail mail me an invoice and I will pay promptly. I had a balance due from last Summer that i was not aware of and really hadn't budgeted for. We've talked about this issue previously on at least 3 occasions. If we can resolve this little snafu, all will be wonderful.

Everyone was friendly. Dr. Yaryan was very thorough. My biggest complaint is my insurance showed they were in network but they insisted they were not in network and instead of telling me this BEFORE my exam I found out when I sat down to pick out my frames what my benefit was and I noticed it was a lot smaller than it should of been. She was pulling my benefit again and I noticed on my chart it said they were out of network. So not only did I not get glasses but I had to pay a lot more for an exam than I had anticipated and was told my insurance would reimburse me $40 of it when I submitted it. This should have been brought to my attention before ANYTHING happened. Poor communication on their behalf.

Dr. Stolle and the team at Yaryan were great! This was our first time at their group and we couldn't have asked for better. I tried to order glasses at an online store and it was such a hassle! Over a month of back and forth and never really getting anywhere. I made my appointment with Yaryan and in less than two days I was able to go in and get my glasses! The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, professional and friendly! Yaryan Eye Care is always a professional, efficient, eye care center to go to. I can't type about all the doctors, but doctor Kacey Stolle is always very helpful, has beneficial information for me to help my eyes, whether it is eye shape, and types of frames, or if I have questions about my allergies, and eyes. The staff at the front desk are friendly, and inviting. If you are looking for a place to go and you live in the area, this is my recommendation.

Yaryan Eye Care Center is AMAZING. I seen Dr. Speer. She was very personable, she took the time to talk to me and get to know me, and was kind. I have been to many eye care centers and this one by far was the best. Being a new patient I got greeted with a gift which made me feel like I wasn’t just another person coming into the office and getting to see the whole office made me feel even more comfortable. They took the time to let me know that I mattered to them. Their glasses selection was unbelievable and they had a unique variety. I would recommend them to anyone. I know things are so unconventional at this point in time so I hesitate to give any suggestion for improvement! The one thing I noticed that could possibly be improved was the checkout process. It was very slow - it appeared that folks were ordering contacts and such, while others were trying to pay and leave the office. It seemed there needed to be two checkout areas, however, as I said, I realize nothing is “normal” at this time. I love the office, Dr Stolle, and the care I receive. You guys rock!
